Okay, in most cases you will have to pay for the custom duties which is normally calculated base on the cost of the items, since it's just shoes I don't think it should cost much, shipping is normally free but if the seller used express shipping like FedEx, DHL or ups then you will also have to pay the shipping cost that's only if its not paid by the seller.
Bidding is fun, you sometimes get expensive items at an affordable price just be sure to check the import charges and all the extra cost included before bidding
