- This cherry smoothie is made with only 4 ingredients and it’s packed with nutrients. Frozen cherries, vanilla Greek yogurt, pomegranate juice and banana blend into pretty pink delicious is great for breakfast and snacks.
Prep time: 5 minutes
Blend time: 3 minutes
Servings: 2 servings
Ingredients
▢1.5 cup frozen dark red pitted cherries
▢1 banana
▢¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt flavored yogurt
▢1 cup pomegranate juice or apple juice, chilled
Instructions
1. Place frozen pitted cherries, vanilla Greek yogurt, pomegranate juice and banana into a blender.
2. Pulse and blend ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour into serving glass and serve immediately.

Amazing recipe
Can you use blenders to pit cherries? To remove the seeds this way if the blender is only on 10 second bursts? I haven't heard people say anything about this either way. And people are afraid to use juicers to pit cherries. But I'm not sure that applies to blenders if its only on for a few seconds.

no, that would scratch your blender. Just buy frozen cherries (they have no pits) or just set a bowl out and start squeezing the pits out or just cut in half with knife and pit out. :)
i dont have any juice in my house can i use milk instead?😅
