I am finally getting back to yoga after about 6 months off from a non yoga injury. So when this came up on my notifications this morning I know I had to do it. And it went so good! It is going into my playlist.
PLEASE more advanced or minimal cues classes! It would be AMAZING if you could do more 45-1 hour classes of these. The one you posted last week with crow pose and tripod handstand was so fun and challenging. Love your classes thank you for your hard work as always. This is just a humble suggestion I am grateful for anything from you ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Your videos made me realize that life is so much better than choosing the other path. Before, I always put myself last, but through your self-awareness videos (yoga and meditation), I learned that you can not give to others when you have not given it to yourself, like love. I have been following your videos for nearly 5 years now. I try other instructors but always come back to your classes. They are incredibly balanced, you never do the same thing twice and challenge us to expand ourselves keeping in mind that yoga is a journey. @@sashaxela - agreed! I find the music distracting and not relaxing but try and lower the volume enough to ignore it while still being able to hear Kassandra’s instrxns. I felt the music was less intrusive towards the end.

First time I have ever done Banana - wow! Felt allllll those hip and low back muscles. Thank you so much for another amazing 30 minute practice! Your flows are so incredibly effective. My core feels worked, I sweat, and yet I feel so stretched, elongated and healthy.
I concur with the Shiloh who always comes back to your practice. This one is a nifty variation. As a fairly fit 73-year-old, your practices hit the spot every time!

This was my first real attempt at an intermediate class, I was very proud that I managed everything but half moon, always seem to fall out the pose for that one. Love having something to work towards, almost there! I consider myself a "novice intermediate" in Yoga. I always feel amazing after completing one of your 10 to 30 minute sessions. I find them easy to follow, with excellent verbal cues so that I can fully focus on the movement while listening. Loved this class. It’s the first time I manage an intermediate class so I’m feeling very proud ! It’s the perfect combination of strengthening and stretching.
The class is energizing and relaxing at the same time, I don't know how that could be possible but I wobbled a lot at the dancing transition pose. Very nice class, will like to have more of it

Loved the music. It was a sweaty, shaky practice for me, but a good one. I needed to sweat a little, after a few days of easy stretch practices due to sleeplessness.
Really loved this one, it had gate pose! But you forgot to do it on the second side! I only noticed because I love gate pose...usually you are flawless. Thank you for the safe space.🖤

Especially the creative strength building poses - Diagonal 2-legged tabletop, one-legged plank tapping other knee to mat, transition to thread the needle holding the big toe of extended leg - and so on. I really appreciated your thoughtful and consistent sequencing, which always matches the theme of the class. During Covid time, your classes have helped me maintain my inner harmony, as well as my strength, flexibility, and happiness. Thank You!!
I had to pause because the depression and negative memories and voices in my head were to loud. I just stopped, cried, breathed, and pressed play to continue. I wasn’t going to let it win.
I love that you always encourage us to be kind to ourselves during our practice. Something I struggle with is being too hard on myself, so I really appreciate your reminder to be proud of myself for even stepping on the mat today, let alone overcoming some challenging poses! Good stuff Kassandra. After the last two years of coming back from the jujitsu injury with your Yin classes, I'm moving on and up with Vinyasa classes. While I'll still do Yin, my focus now is strength and balance. I am also running again, which feels good. My eventual objective to get back to some sort of martial art.

Wonderful challenge in balance, where the carpet adds the stability factor. Thank goodness for that wall next to me! This was a really good series of movements, a great blend of soft and strong. Your instructions kept me mindful of core engagement to support the poses. Thank you.

I really enjoy your style, I love the pace of your class and I respect your recognition of all aspects of a yoga practice. You guide us into ourselves as well as holding space for us to explore our bodies, it isn't just a physical exercise like a lot of yoga teachers online and for that I am truly thankful. One thing I would like to see more in your videos, is a greater focus on the upper body, the neck, spine and shoulders particularly, while I love your focus on the hips and lower body, my upper body needs some TLC also.
