I love Kassandra's yoga videos. I do some yoga video most every day, and Kassandra's does just exactly the right amount of clear instruction without distracting chit-chat. (Yoga students are quiet out of deference for concentration and a meditative state. I find it distracting when instructors attempt to entertain.) The music is likewise almost unnoticeable--peaceful, not distracting. Kassandra's classes are also titled accurately and I appreciate that. She keeps the class moving and I always feel we've covered everything when I'm through. Thank you, Kassandra!

KASSANDRA, I genuinely did not think that yoga was for me! All those fast paced vinyasas etc. always stressed me out more than helped and so I have stayed away from yoga for years... until I found your Yin Yoga classes and truly my life has been forever changed. I moved to the UK from the USA in 2018 to pursue veterinary medicine (I am a veterinary student just now) and to say that my stress levels skyrocketed when this happened and my mental health took a swan dive is putting it lightly. I am eternally grateful that I discovered Yin yoga on your channel and am now dipping my toes into your faster paced classes and I love it. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me stay sane during this lockdown (with all my family so far away) and all my uni classes being online. Truly, I don't know what I would be doing without your classes every day and sometimes twice a day! Operation flexibility is underway! By the way, I think I am broken haha. When putting our arms at our backs and interlacing our fingers for humble warrior... well, I can barely even clasp my hands and if I do, my arms are not straight. This was a great way to start my Friday! Thank you. I did it after a 20 min floor pilates and after training hard with running and swimming, this was just what I needed to allow my muscles to strengthen and receive my love and gratitude
Lately I had some pain issues in hands and feet, so I wasn't enjoying yoga as much, but I'm finding that the stretching classes are a very good option and I'm begining to feel comfortable doing yoga again. Namaste Kassandra.
Kassandra, you are so freaking FANTASTIC. I LOVE this class, and all your classes. I'm in my third pregnancy trimester and I'm still safely doing your intermediate and advanced classes, and just love the longer ones, like "1 hour advanced yoga - arm balances, inversions and standing poses" and the " 1 hour vinyasa flow for flexibility - 60 min intermediate yoga" and also "beach yoga HIIT workout - 30 min full body yoga flow". I think it's amazing that I can still do all these classes and feel amazing, and I am CERTAIN it's because I've been doing your online classes for more than three years now. I really believe giving birth is going to benefit profoundly from doing your flows 1-2 times a day, and I just want to thank you, celebrate you, tell you that this new class feels SO good with the watery flowing movements, AND I would love to request more of the longer, challenging classes like the ones I mentioned above :D

This is my absolute favorite yoga sequence and I watch it regularly. Perfect pacing, and I really feel SUCH a dramatic difference by the end. I just did the class and i love it, a great class! I like the sequences, they flowed well and i liked the variations you did for some of the moves. There were some poses i haven't done in a while and it was nice to do them again, I feel fully stretched in all areas of my body. I like it also because you can do the class any time of the day, morning to open/stretch/centre/ground, during the day to do the same and even in the evening to calm/relax/stretch/prepare for sleep, the slow flow is good for that. Thank you for doing this class, i feel wonderful, relaxed, fully stretched and ready to create my ideal day! You are wonderful for all you do Kassandra! Namaste.

Oh my goodness- I reached a milestone today during this video. For the first time in almost 8 years of practicing I was finally able to get my head to touch the ground in wide legged forward fold. It’s going to be a great day!
Great class! I like the slow flow, good to do when i'm tired or not feeling well, it's helps to move the energy and i do feel better afterwards. The sequences flowed well and i like the pace. I love that you Chant OM at the end and leave time in savasana to integrated all that we did and re-centre. 30 minutes is perfect and i can still do a meditation class afterwards. As someone who has gotten really into your yin classes but feels intimidated by vinyasa in general, this was a FANTASTIC class to break that barrier- gentle pacing, clear queues and simple flows, good length. Would love more videos like this one!

Love Love Love this one! i especially like the full shivasana at the end (not all videos do that & its SO important). i do have issues in low lunge with reaching back for my ankle, so i do a mini bind with my arm behind my back and hand reaching for my hip/thigh. i'm liking that modification. this is going in my regular practice list! thanks!

Love Love Love this one! i especially like the full shivasana at the end (not all videos do that & its SO important). i do have issues in low lunge with reaching back for my ankle, so i do a mini bind with my arm behind my back and hand reaching for my hip/thigh. i'm liking that modification. this is going in my regular practice list! thanks!

Kassandra, I would like to say thanks for UA-cam yoga classes! As I am re-starting after loooonnng time, they are being very useful, mainly the ones based on flexibility.
