- Brought the Tucktec to paddle with my boys on the Kinnickinnic River, Wisconsin! While the water is skinny with only 2-3 feet of depth, it moves at a moderate speed and has some interesting turns and bends. Tucktec weathered well across the rocky and bumpy sections. The 2-hour 5-mile river run was filled with exceptional sights and sounds of the forested landscape. Highly recommended if you need a brief unplug from the city (40 minutes drive to the launch point from downtown MSP). Suitable for both kayak beginners and experienced paddlers.

how long till you got your after you placed your order? i just order my and cannot wait.. =) i already order the door trims and some dry bags to keep my stuff dry
Yes I know that feeling! I was eagerly waiting for mine 2 years ago when I first ordered. That time it took about 2 weeks to get to me. Recently, I ordered the tucktec stabilizer 3 weeks ago and I have still yet to receive them. Tucktecs are now getting a lot more demand than before, especially during summer, so it will take roughly 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on availability of materials and the efficiency of their production line.
Ordered mine around Father’s Day and it took about a month
@@iwhite111 yes the wait is unpredictable! Can be long for some periods of time. I ordered mine for a trip in Banff, good thing it arrived just before the trip
It took me a couple months to get mine. I bought mine in the middle of the summer and I think they were pretty busy. They made some recent updates that made it a better boat.
@@garypierce7380 I am curious to hear your thoughts about the new model. Seems like the new one buckles quite a bit
