- Fellow Patriots & Freedom Lovers, On April 25th 2022 I was Peacefully Exercising my 1st Amended Rights at the United States Post Office in Belair, Maryland. The Postal Clerks & PostMaster Insisted I wasn’t permitted to record in a Federal Building. After calling the Police he was promptly educated…We had a surprising conversation at the end. Also stay tuned to hear about how the police violated their BWC Policy…Please be sure to hit the like button, it truly helps spread this around for more Patriots to see it and I appreciate it!

Sean, his abuse towards his son and ex-wife date back to 2009, not 2019. So at least 11 years he was beating on them
ANOTHER U.S.P.S. IGNORANT, ARROGANT POSTMASTER & POSTAL CLERKS NOW INTERNET FAMOUS FOREVER !!! LIA TRYING TO EDUCATE POSTMASTER ON POSTER 7 THAT WAS NOT POSTED IN THAT U.S.P.S. LOCATION & CALLS 911 NOT FEDERAL PROTECTION SERVICES AS REQUESTED BY LIA !!! 911 DISPATCHER INFORMED POSTMASTER THAT FILMING WAS NOT ILLEGAL & LIES TO 911 DISPATCHER ABOUT LIA CAUSING A DISTURBANCE !!! SO NOW CAUGHT LYING TO 911 DISPATCHER !!! DIGITAL VIDEO RECORDING, PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, FILMING NOT ILLEGAL IN PUBLIC AREAS, PUBLIC ACCESS AREAS, PUBLIC EASEMENTS, PUBLIC BUILDINGS !!!
I was stunned when the dispatcher said recording isn't against the law. Good job by her.
Thanks to the auditors that's been out here for years
She ''learned' him.
I'm forced to wonder how quickly auditors would lose views if all dispatchers, throughout the country, immediately started uttering these words.
@@interestedparty00 I would hope that most auditors want that. If there is no content to create because everyone knows their rights and the laws, isn’t that the goal they are working toward by making videos?
Postmaster Robert Robinson lied to dispatch saying that it wasn't permissible to record in a federal building. That's a crime. Why are so many government employees so brave about making definitive claims that they know they really don't understand? The flawed perception of their own power is crazy.
Even the 911 Dispatcher Knew Recording isn't against the Law! 🤣
That incompetent salty dude has no business being a postmaster.

I can't stop laughing
That 911 operator’s initial response was golden. “That’s not against the law” 😂
The chief says there was “no need” to turn on the body cam. Yet there is a citizen at the police station who “needs” the body cam footage. 🤔
Hmmm, very peculiaaar
Exactly! They talk, but don’t hear themselves talking.
No need to turn it on until it reaches that level and by the time it reaches that level you don't have the evidence on video that proves that it was needed
perfect response sir ..this Chief has a very poor attitude especially trying to walk away before the conversation has finished ..rude and ignorant a perfect example of how some bad cops conduct themselves ..nowhere else would a human being be able to behave like that🙃 watching from Brighton 🇬🇧
And the fat chief said he wasn't exactly sure what the policy states.......the man IS a mess and we shouldn't be paying that heavy eater.
Cheers to Rob the Postmaster! He learned something, he became humble when he realized he was wrong and had a productive dialouge with a member of the public. This is why we need you, Sean!
bahahahahahaha!!!!!
HE WAS NOT WRONG. The language doesnt state "Photographs for news purposes may be taken in entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums when used for public meetings except where prohibited by official signs or Security Force personnel or other authorized personnel or a federal court order or rule. Thank u for the clarification sir , this chief needs to sit down and read , he is collecting a check for mostly chilling in his office at this point
Sean, I went to my local post office here in Fort Dodge, Iowa. I specifically wanted to find the poster 7 hanging inside, but instead, I found that it was nowhere to be found. I mentioned that fact to one of our clerks and made a return trip one week later. I was very happy to see that poster 7 was posted in plain view inside the entranceway.
Thank you for taking the time and making an effort to educate others❣️
Thats awesome you took the time to do that. On a side note my wife is from Fort Dodge!

The chief was defending the actions of his officers while admitting he didn't even know his own policy.
Yeppers, absolutely pathetic isn't it?! This is 1 of the reasons there is no accountability, they don't know what they should be holding accountable smh...
For all we know there could well be BWC footage, but it’s been either deleted or deliberately withheld from public scrutiny.
I love how the chief asks your name, you tell him “Sean” and he proceeds to refer to you by your last name. Your work has gotten the attention it deserves.
I noticed that as well…👀
OMG. It did hit me at the time how he got the Reyes cuz I didn't catch Sean adding it when he was asked.
I noticed that too, corrupt Chief and corrupt Department.
@@LongIslandAudit means you’re on the right track, thank you for the service of educating our public servants
Or was he showing force intimidating him by slipping his last name that he wasnt given.
Love the dispatcher saying "that's not against the law" 😂
I wish she said there's nothing we can do, he can record inside the post office
We, the citizens, want body cams on for every officer interaction concerning the law. End of.
The point of having body cameras is for an unbiased, factual representation of the encounter. If they are allowed to switch it on and off whenever then that immediately discredits everything they record. Turning it on only when it suits them.
When the dam thing is off they should be considered working outside the law in their own capacity, they use these videos against you "not them" and sometimes make it impossible to get, the system is gone and can't be fixed and these people are NWO sellouts nothing more..
Cameras don’t lie but the police sure can. Them being able to turn off at their own whim and then there superiors defending it makes bodycams far more sketchy. Especially the muting, that’s their favorite move I’ve seen in these videos.
How about that? A 911 operator who knew filming in public is legal.
She knew it was legal but still sent people with guns.
He insisted it was over her head because it was a federal building.
OMG !!!
The Postmaster swallowed his pride and accepted the fact that he was wrong, and turned around,& even shook his hand. Definitely deserves a hug & got better at his job, because he small things MATTER also 🙏
He was on camera for the 2nd time, he had no choice but to agree.
Hats off to post master, Tom your a great person. Everybody has freedom of press. As speech, religion and so on, question how can that chief have a job choking and assaulting people, a regular person may go to prison for those offenses.
The chief said your last name THREE TIMES. That is a classic DOX-BY-NAME police intimidation tactic.

Any interaction no matter how great or how small, interacting with a public servant or any public person they should have their body cameras on at all times, no excuses, justification, or reasons! None whatsoever!?
I really wish auditing was a standard platform, where all auditors could be trained by you and continue nationwide, there are too many public buildings and public servants.thank you Sean I wish all constitutional auditors were like you.
I would attend those classes! We could do role playing for practice before being released on the public servants
I actually started laughing at the "I have a customer in my lobby who is recording -- video recording"
Dispatch: "... OK? That's not against the law."
What really got me was the postmasters stress sigh after she said that.
And foolish thing is he continues 🙄
Hearing the dispatcher say “that’s not against the law” is incredibly refreshing. It’s about time they started telling ppl this when they call police
Agreed.
Yeah but it ruins the videos. Do you remember it wasn’t too long ago maybe only a year or two when the police also said it’s against the law to video in a public area? Then they were arrested, handcuffed, assaulted, charged, big arguments etc. There was a lot more action back then. Now the police all know it’s legal. This education has ruined the videos.
@@rickrick5041 it’s not about your entertainment. It’s about education and making sure police respect rights.
What if one day someone you care about or even yourself are assaulted or possibly killed by the police and nobody was there to record the evidence because the police arrested a third party who was recording. We have seen time and time again that you don’t have to be guilty or even suspected of ANY crime for this to happen.
It’s unfortunate that the dispatcher buckled after he said it was a federal building. Wish she woulda doubled down but I guessssss the one benefit of the doubt I can lend was the whole credit card spiel.
Obviously why the officer(s) didn’t make contact with Sean or even turn their body cam on
@@ILLeeT36 Wrong. The education is good but it's about entertainment. How many letters have you written to the police, libraries and politicians so far. We want action not nice guys talking nice and respecting each other. Think this over
This was probably one of the best because I loved that the postmaster was willing to learn 🥰
Mr. Tom we really appreciate your knowledge acquisition and your way to admit it. Thanks.
No cameras can mean an officer can instigate or escalate a situation and then record a citizens reaction ensuring theyre not seen in the wrong. Sounds shady.
Caught being non-compliant with posting the law, then tries to trespass the journalist who just caught him not doing things correctly. Calls police in retaliation.
I didn't think I was going to end up liking Tom but at the end of the day he was a chill dude and he was willing to learn and accept it.

Yea they investigated themselves and concluded there was no wrong doing on their part.
That’s when you have to call the Postmaster General. You have to go over the Postmaster head.
I like how the chief asked for your name, and then after you told him your first name, he somehow all of a sudden knew your last name. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Because he’s trying to intimidate him. He’s a scumbag. Just like any other type of law enforcement.

In my opinion post master Tom deserves his job, although he was under educated in the beginning, instead of hiding behind the counter and escalating, while waiting for the police he went to the lobby to look for poster 7, immediately posted it, learned a little bit, and basically admitted he was wrong, i mean hey, lets face it in order to know anything we have to be taught and there usually isnt a day that goes by that I myself dont learn something postmaster Tom did well, didn't become disrespectful even when he was asking you to leave, and seemed to have a open mind, I love the way you go about things respectfully, and highlight good encounters as well as bad, and give credit where credit Is due, good job by all in this video, and this is what makes you my favorite auditor
That is a terrible policy, at least the way the chief stated it. Unless they can see the future, how do they know if it will or will not rise to 'the level' to turn it on.
Stuff happens fast out there, the second I'm talking to anybody on any call, my bodycam is on.
Tom started out a little rough, but props to him for having a civil conversation afterwards and not holding a grudge. Much respect.
You can clearly see the chief is pissed, do your job chief and the public will stay of your bk, simple
"there was no need to turn the bodycam on"... isn't the WHOLE purpose for them to be on BEFORE they are needed to capture the critical evidence when it happens, rather than hope they remember to turn it on after the fact when the incident in question is now over? This is a department faking accountability but clearly not utilizing the devices that would hold them accountable, and they know the average citizen isn't going to be able to afford an attorney to do so... dirty cops don't stop, just make new excuses...
Yes,
@@Thisotherotherdude The dude - most departments have been sued for the "we get to decide when we turn them on or off" mentality some like to think they have the choice in, most policies today state the officer turns it on while arriving on scene or after being dispatched to it and can only turn off when leaving the scene, now some departments are a little more relaxed but even their policies are often pretty damn clear as well, it often says when there is a potential for evidence to be collected, which sounds pretty broad right, but its actually VERY narrow, because any stop they are assigned to now has the potential to capture evidence, and thats what it was intended and meant to convey to officers, but unions wanted to get lippy and fight things because officers had a habit of not turning them on until its too late, so department ended up doing what many as I indicated earlier do, you turn it on when we send you someplace because we can't trust you to use your own judgement...
@@Thisotherotherdude - I have a feeling the police intentionally didn’t want any interaction with him because they knew who it was and that all he wanted to do is argue with them..... Absolutely a great turnout at the end!
He did a nice job at the end....but he should've said it clearly. "Man...I was wrong, you're right. I'm sorry".....which he didn't, but came close with his changed demeanor.

Postmaster Tom/Rob(?) wasn’t aware of our rights but props to him for being humble and willing to learn! I’m near Bel Air so maybe I’ll take a visit and say hello! Thanks for setting a good example
People should only enter public service when they truly want to serve the public.
The need for this statement is underrated.
Can the CHP start putting this on the roadway signs, instead of the "Don't drink and drive."
So, let me get this straight, the only time they turn on their body cams is when an incident escalates or that they deem has risen to the need of turning on their BWC? The point of body cams is to have them on with ANY interaction with members of the public, before the situation escalates. That chief is an absolute clown.
*B-E-F-O-R-E the situation escalates... ffs!* 🤡🌎
No, that's not what the Chief said.
He said they need to turn on their bodycam when it rises to the level of needing to turn on your bodycam.
And he said it with a straight face.
Exactly, so they can aggravate/escalate then turn on the video of you defending yourself so they can shoot you within their rights
I think he was lying. They either didn’t turn them on because it was Sean or they did and deleted it. That chief is a corrupt individual
As some instances can go from *zero to 100* in a second, this is a stupid decision on their part.
Most likely the reason is because they want to deny the rules, and regulations by not displaying them prominently ,as directed by the USPS . So by not following these rules they can cause a person doing a visit to be assaulted by not knowing police officers ,who see an opportunity to make an arrest.
I am very grateful for your endeavors toward transparency in our government.
Shout out to Robert, he got educated, took the time to talk after and admitted he made a mistake, did some research how to improve, asked some genuine questions and didn't seem to hold any grudge. Sean, you are so calm, and carry such gravitas as you speak. Well done!
Something needs to be done about that Chief. There’s no way he should have that job. He doesn’t know his own department policy and he should have been fired when his (ex?)wife got a restraining order against him successfully. I wonder if there actually is BWC footage from that call and they’re embarrassed by it, so he’s lying. Who knows with a guy like that?

Who makes that decision on what is to be recorded and what is not to be recorded? I sure hope it is not left up to the police officers.
If dispatch had a policy as simple as asking what the crime or emergency being reported is, and responded as they did in this video, we'd avoid alot of nonsense in the country.
People reporting legal activity should be warned they're misusing emergency services and prosecuted if they don't learn.
People who file false reports should be prosecuted every time without question.
Thank you. People need to stop treating 911 like their own security guards. Cops are dispatched when a law is broken. Not when feelings are hurt.
Best punishment is to be banned from 911 calls for a year first timers and goes up the more often
Long Island Audit should be the standard by which all auditers should strive to become.

Sean, your surgeon analogy is spot on because there are so many wrongful deaths due to surgeon incompetency it would be another full time job for you! 😢
Got to love the postmaster accepting he was wrong and posting poster 7. That was great to see from him.
Kudos to the postmaster for checking his ego and ending the encounter in a positive manner and Shane on the cop for making excuses for his officers!
These are my favorite videos of yours to watch. You referenced auditors who are only interested in agitation and response, they only increase the gap between the government and the public. Keep doing what your doing!
The reason many times I said you're the best auditor is because you conduct yourself with respect, even if they arrest you, you always try to educate the public and public servants, you're the best Sean.
I loved that you confronted the police chief on the body cam footage. He didn't even know or look into his own body cam policies. He wanted you to do the work. Lazy and doesn't care if his officer broke policy! Great work Sean, as always!
like most cops in charge they don’t care what their gang does.
Kudos to the dispatcher whom knows our rights and laws better than our law enforcement. 👏

Way cool that it ended with a hand shake!!! America is greatly lacking in the area of disagreements... Gone are the days when two men disagree and then come to common ground.
It's nice to see some traditions coming back... Like liberty and hand shakes.
We need more of that in our country.
So if he's not 100% percent sure what the policy is because you "caught him off guard" then how can he be so sure his officers complied with the policy?
Jep. The chief was not cought off guard at all. He asked for LIAs name and he responded "Sean", and the chief than continued to call him by his last name, that he never gave him.
Exactly. The whole department led by this Chief are blatantly corrupt in the execution of body camera recording if they are only recording at their own discretion... it's like a bank teller only putting money in the vault when they feel that they should .....from a logical standpoint it's madness.
Two sets of rules in post office:
1. Rules for employees
2. Poster 7 for members of public in public areas of the building.
3. Sack the postmaster !
Auditing gold. Dispatch’s reaction, the “lesson learned” moments, and cops being cops. 10/10
😮. That was a really good ending with the post master. Love the education moment, the respect at the end was cool to see! Amazing out come with the Post Master! Positive, educational, peaceful and a great learning experience! The police chief total douche.
Somebody give that dispatcher a raise, she was quick to say, "That's not a crime"
ABSOLUTELY!!!!!! Been waiting so long to hear it.
She probably wouldn’t appreciate it if it was the other way around.
I love when they ask ‘what’s the story about’ when the story is about them doing exactly what they’re doing (ie: wrongly claiming you can’t film). The irony is always hilarious, and sad…especially coming from the Postmaster himself.
correct, they almost never realize they are the story
I never got that. He always states his business and they always try to figure it out. He said, I’m doing a story at the Post Office and he still keeps asking. 🤦🏿♂️
This postmaster is a good example of what should happen when these situations are happening. I was impressed by him.
the dispatcher said photography inside the post office is not illegal but shes still sending cops,i am confused😂
They need to demote him back to postal clerk and replace him with another person that is completely knowledgeable of that position. Also they need to retrain those postal clerks in the correct knowledge of POSTER7. That was a completely misinterpretation of not only POSTER7 but of his position. There have been audits of USPS property where the POSTER7 was hidden behind a display, or had been posted in the open and had repeatedly been stolen, but this was an actual violation of USPS policy to have it posted. He wasn't even aware the POSTER7 was missing. He is required as postmaster to keep that post office in proper working order. Education is priceless but difficult to swallow. Even the 9-1-1 dispatch operator was knowledge about how he wasn't breaking the law.
I'm proud of the postmaster! Well done sir for being able to humble yourself. It's difficult for us all to put the ego aside but you are such a great example for us all to follow.
Agreed 💯
You're Proud of a moron this m*********** only did it because he was forced to he read the poster 7 still didn't understand it still try to push his agenda he needs to be fired and put on picking up dog s*** in front of the Post Office by with his hands
Except he deliberately misled Sean that his name was Tom instead of rob hoping to escape any followup or repercussions.
@@coreyparsons2572 that was shitty but people are fallible.
I also give that postmaster! Man was in error, checked with his superiors, and was right there in the camera admitting he was wrong! It doesn't get better than that! A++ for him.
I 100% agree with you Sean. Props to the postmaster for owning up to his mistake and learning from this interaction.
Tom surprised me: he changed his attitude. Good job Tom! Shout out to you! Keep up the good work.
The dispatchers are even learning it's not illegal to film. Finally a dispatcher who is trying to filter criminal activity from not criminal activity.
She still dispatched the police. She did nothing.
The stamina and restraint it must take to perform these audits is insane. LIA has become the best at defending our rights. Proud to support him!
Dam sure couldn't do it.I can't stand ignorant people.
Thanks for your support!
Yes and hopefully the one where the officer in the pink shirt that assault and battered him gets fired eventually
Postal, workers are so ignorant of the laws. and have a sence of ownership in their. They don t own this postoffice
@@dfirky1021 NO kiddin'. I've talked to postal employees at the counter who give me SASS, while chewin bubble gum, and continuing a conversation like I'm in for some bar-room/bar-stool talk. 👎
The interaction you had with the postmaster was a little rocky in the beginning but overall after getting informed he came back way more respectful, a professional dialogue that I can honestly say I respect keep up the good work for that postmaster and thanks for respecting all rights
You are the truth!!!! So respectful & educational !!
"So I can be learned"---wow. Is this the intellect of the average postmaster?
I am best Master poster in maryland
I best mast poster.
*-FINALLY!! ..we got to hear a dispatcher who knows the Law and tells the unreasonably scared caller such!!*
Thanks Sean...Be Safe!...Thanks Tom...You're ability to honestly accept your mistake is admirable AND I hope your employees know how lucky they are...
Finally.. Ive been watching your videos like an addict lately and this is my first time actually seeing your face except for one other time i saw your reflection in a window ... Nice to see you man!
