Ego. Plain and simple. I worked in that field over 11 years. You wouldn’t believe how many people I used to work with that had to get their lunch money back if you get what I mean.
The fact that the Bowling Green cop cars have the blue line gang symbol on them is telling. It shows what kind of police department they will have. One that works for the public or one that works against the public, choose which one you would rather have.
Sorry that police officer failed! He doesn’t care about our constitutional rights. When Sean told him to tell the city clerks about it he said oh I’m not doing that…like okay !! It’s not like they have anything else to do..I see so many just standing around bullying citizens …so yes he has enough time to educate them
If he had time to confront Shaun, DOING NOTHING WRONG OR ILLEGAL, doing a first amendment audit, then he’s got time to inform these other public servants what he’s doing is LEGAL.
I agree. The entire point is to let these public servants know he is exercising a constitutinally protected right. If the officer declines to do so and does no follow up then all he really did was let shawn he has the right to film, which he already knows. The cop was dismissive when he said "im not gonna do that they know their rights". Well obviously they do not sir or you would not have been called! Get that 911 call. They probably arent releasing it because she falsified a police report.
Keeping the accountable! We all need to audit and stand behind great auditors like you! I love seeing you in Kentucky (my home state). The corruption is rampant in small town Ky.
I've seen dozens of videos from long Island Audit and the many splendid buildings he has gone through. Many of these are outstanding examples of excellent architecture, old buildings that will never be reproduced. Notwithstanding his content or intentions on these tours, just the images of these fine structures and the architectural detail is worth the view. It shows what America used to build...beautiful, well furnished public facilities. I admire your work, Sean, by the way. MF in PA
Greg wasn’t just strange, he was passive-aggressive, condescending and unprofessional. It’s a shame so many public enemies, er I mean employees? only see criminality in peaceful photojournalists & documentarians. These hyper-paranoid control freaks always insist that “you gotta understand”. Yes, understand they carry a severe mental illness with them everywhere they go.
And the "ye ole Kentucky pat" that Sean gave right back to him was BEAUTIFUL 😍. Sean you crack me up! You are just having too much fun out there now after a year of this!
You consider Sean to be a documentarian? What? This guy just goes around looking for entertainment content to show to his youtube viewers. He's making $$ off reactions. He's not educating anyone lmao...
The mutual shoulder patting almost made me pee myself... hilarious. Sean is quick witted, he made his point about not appreciating the guy touching him without even saying anything about it. Patting Greg on the shoulder after he patted Sean sent a clear message.
It amazes me the amount of people who come up to a camera and ask what your doing, but county employees dont want to identify who they are. The police and sheriff department were the only ones who seem to treat you with respect
Yes, that Greg fellow was an odd encounter; at first he seemed passive aggressive but hyped up then it devolved to maybe he sincerely has a social issue and doesn't get norms like not touching strangers a few times, letting someone know his work capacity when offering help so the Taxpayer even knows if that Public Servant is in a department they need something from. Strange...
The lady that 1st came up to you and talked to you was so kind as was the lady that talked to you upstairs. She even told ya, "that great" when you told her you were taking pictures, and "it's nice to see ya"!! VERY professional and welcoming!! Actually, the sheriff was excellent also. I think the only one rude and unprofessional was the security guard. I'd definitely visit Bowling Green. Thank you Sean, for another enlightening video... Peace and Love always...
I watch a lot of auditing clips. Sometimes I get the feeling "wow, people are really starting to learn filming in public (areas) is allowed and no problem". But then you see clips of Travis Heinze being arrested for filming in a library and convicted for disorderly and failing to ID and sentenced to 30 days in jail. Or the terrible clips from the Mesa AZ police, doing everything they can to prevent people from filming. And than I think "there is still a long way to go".
Sadly I learned last night that it's even worse than this (as bad as these are). I watched the Sanchez story (part 1 & 2) on ASD DOCS channel last night as well as the interview Andre did with Ms. Bassi and things are way, way, way worse than my worst imaginings but now I better understand the fucking machine Travis was up against even in that podunk town. He never stood a chance as most of us don't. My heart is broken 💔 for how far we have fallen from the mark.
It's a no win in the long run. But, I appreciate the spirit of the battle. Neither political party, nor judges have any real interest in us actually enjoying our unalienable rights.
Keep in mind that Travis Heinze was intercepted by the Natchitoches police at the moment he had porn viewable on his laptop in that Library nook. He was not arrested for filming, nor disorderly, nor failing to ID. His charge was "Resisting an officer" which was because during their investigation of his weird and suspicious behavior (including the porn displayed), the Police could not simply get him to say his name. Despite asking 6 times. In Louisiana, that is a misdemeanor crime, and it was for that violation he was arrested and convicted and sentenced to jail.
@@inf0cus Suspicious behavior isn't enough. What was the criminal activity involved here? There simply wasn't any. Therefore he was under no legal obligation to identify himself.
Funny how the older lady up stairs had the social emotional intelligence to recognize that Sean is a non-threat, and was just like 👍. We have a lot of paranoia in our society. Probably from watching too much news and interneting lol
Our employees are somewhat insubordinate🤔 Obviously they feel like they rule over us as public employees. Whatever happened to the expression " Its a pleasure to serve"

Bowling Green done better than I thought they would. I got the impression the sheriff deputy knew who you are and did not want to make a fool of himself. Thanks for sharing, for I enjoy watching your videos here in Butler County the county adjacent to Warren Co, Bowling Green.
I've seen lots of people filming in public from 8mm on up. Never once have I even thought of going up to them and asking what they're doing, why they're doing it, and who they are. Guess I'm behind the times. 🙄
Your restraint in these situations is absolutely amazing you can tell that your parents did a fantastic job raising you so shout out to you mother and father.
Dammn I really don’t understand what’s the issue with recording in a city hall he’s literally minding his business and they gotta do the most if your a city employee you should know recording in a public building is not against the law it’s 2022 April for god sake how do they think it’s against the law to record a public building I find it scary at this point
That's right when cop said "people waste time everyday" and that is what keeps him employed. Lastly, all officials and the courts love to stand behind "ignorance of the law" bs but it sure the hell doesn't apply to them.
Man that little old lady was perfect. There are multiple ways a person can approach someone. The little old lady was awesome. The black dude at the beginning of the county building could learn a lot about how to talk to people from that sweet old lady
Not bad Sean,, Greg was a very strange man... with crazy eyes... He definitely came out with his chest all puffed out... very unprofessional for Greg not to give his name and title...
I was just watching your brand new video and I was about three quarters of the way done and then you can't see it anymore because it's been removed apparently
What never fails to amaze me is when public employees immediately consider a camera a threat. They see a citizen with a camera and it becomes a security issue. They never suspect a person who's just walking through the building without a camera. Of course, that person could be planning a massive attack against the building, but because there's no camera involved, it's all good. Totally ridiculous.
This. I read a very interesting study regarding why people get "scared" or overly curious of people filming. Filming people gives off a very similar reaction in the brain as when someone is staring at you. It was a pretty small sample size so it should be taken with a grain of salt but it was an interesting concept to think about.
Everyone has been fed a diet of free range fear since 9/11 and the See Something, Say Something” fear propaganda campaign has turned people against each other, young Americans don’t know any better and most of the older ones are full of bullshit brought about by their ignorance.
@@jjryan1352 If you wanted to case the place it's so much easier than these guys think it is. Step 1) get a records request on who works there and their picture. Step 2) get a full layout of the building Step 3) get a full weeks worth of camera footage. All this is one foia request away. And you don't even need a camera. Just a clerk and pen.
The psychology of fear stems from 911 and other lone wolf terror attacks, bombings, mass shootings, etc... on American soil. It is forever ingraned in the public to naturally be suspicious and inquisitive... yes, in this day and age... Say a dog bites you, or you witness a dog biting someone else, you'll always remember dogs can potentially bite you. It's a psychosocial problem .
The lovely old women near the end should be a model for how city employees approach people. Totally cool to come up and ask if you need help and everything, ends the conversation saying "glad to see ya".
Not one time in my life have I ever told anyone not to record me or that they don't have my permission to record me. I guess it's ok when at the beach or at Disney or anywhere else, just not in publicly accessible and publicly funded government buildings. I still look at cameras and say, "Hi Mom." But in this day and age...... Great work as usual. Keep up the awesome job. Stay safe and be careful out there. Peace ✌
@Paul Gwyn Paul, that's the whole point. You should not have to explain Your basic rights as a citizen to public officials. That's akin to explaining to a Walmart shelf stacker how to stack cans on the shelf. They are supposed to know basic rights. It's not that difficult.
Sean, you have the patience of a saint! By the time the 2nd or 3rd person asked me the same questions, I'd be responding by holding up a Wile E. Coyote-style sign with FAQ responses on it.
I was thinking while watching 👀 that now that it's been a year of Sean doing these that he actually knows *exactly how they are going to respond, before they've even responded* & so it's all fun & games now to him. It may be new to them & they think they are all doing the right thing but they have no clue how often Sean has now dealt with the same characters over & over. Different city, same play and the curtain doesn't go down till these characters all start reading dialog from a new and better script.
When confronting a citizen recording, almost every publicly paid employee says that you (the citizen) needs to see things from THEIR perspective. That reality is that THEY need to see things from the Citizen's perspective, in that THEY are public servants, the building(s) they work in are PUBLIC buildings, and SCOTUS case law has confirmed that we ( the citizens) have the right to record what public officials do on public property. There is a TOTALLY erroneous sense of ownership that pervades among public servants, including police officers .
Almost correct. "Public property" and "public space" are not the same thing. We own the public property mayors office as citizens but that doesn't mean that mayors are subject to having someone stare at them at their desk all day. A clerk whose job it is to literally be the conduit for which the public communicates its intentions to the government and vice versa IS subject to that because of the fact that they necessarily do their job from a public space that anyone from the public is allowed to go into. The point of all of this is that we shouldn't arbitrarily be asked to not record or leave any place we would otherwise be authorized to be simply because we are there existing and/or recording. Their being nervous about being recorded is not a good enough excuse to arbitrarily dismiss us from public spaces and they increasingly are using their own nervousness as reasons for not being able to perform their duties. But those karen clerks are not our mom's, and those darren cops with privilege are surely thinking to themselves how much easier it would be to just do as the karen commands and don't really care even a little about what rights we have. They didn't violate his rights, but you could see the disdain for their education on the rights they have to uphold dripping from their pig necks. He didn't slam him on the ground, but the flippant attitude and derisive scoff toward interacting with someone professing correctly about having rights still made ME wanna drip kick HIM out of the frame lol.
13:43 that temp camera thing is a pretty sneaky bullshit way to get perfect, up-to-date, facial recognition quality pictures off all citizens that enter public buildings.
seriously like somehow a thermal camera picture is supposed to be able to tell whether or not a person is ill/infect with any one of thousands of active communicable diseases? Wtf kinda logic is that? An elevated body temperature (Core Body Temperature, not external skin temperature like what that camera is showing) can be one possible symptom but to say someone is “infected” with anything there needs to be (as with law) a totality of the circumstances and multiple pieces of symptoms/evidence are needed.

Why... why does EVERY officer feel the need to give their opinion and final word? This is beyond irritating, I can't imagine how LIA feels about this.
Ego. Plain and simple. I worked in that field over 11 years. You wouldn’t believe how many people I used to work with that had to get their lunch money back if you get what I mean.
Ego
Believe it or not, civil servants also have constitutional rights. Believe it ir not they're still citizens, even while working. Cheers
Because we gotta respick their orthoritay!
How can you "keep in mind that some people might be a little leery" ?
The fact that the Bowling Green cop cars have the blue line gang symbol on them is telling. It shows what kind of police department they will have. One that works for the public or one that works against the public, choose which one you would rather have.
the FSA flag is treason.
citizens of the county should not put up with a desecration of the flag being forced upon the public.
The thin blue line is a thug gang affiliation
I've unsubscribed from every channel unwilling to take it down.
Evansville Indiana needs to be audited! This town is known for brutality and violating rights
Sorry that police officer failed! He doesn’t care about our constitutional rights.
When Sean told him to tell the city clerks about it he said oh I’m not doing that…like okay !! It’s not like they have anything else to do..I see so many just standing around bullying citizens …so yes he has enough time to educate them
Exactly. He could not even serve the public by informing the city hall because it would take some work.
He did not fail 😂. Give him a B if you want to but nowhere close to a fail. He completely respected Sean’s rights!
Keeping the accountable! We all need to audit and stand behind great auditors like you! I love seeing you in Kentucky (my home state). The corruption is rampant in small town Ky.
I'm from Laural co. Ky. And boy you talk about corrupt london and Corbin very bad back in the day not sure about them now. Moved away a long time ago.
@@jerrywitt801 I used to live in east ky and moved away as well. Very small town and absolutely were so corrupt and probably still are .
@Utube Fknsucks yes 🙌
The best way to handle them is not answer any of their questions and skiing questions from them and make them get angry.
He was a typical southerner. I live in the south and I can’t stand these attitudes
@@Shadow_Grandmaster Is that what he said?
Greg is so excited, he feels empowered now that he inveigled your first name out of you that the police will give him an award for bravery.
The mutual shoulder patting almost made me pee myself... hilarious. Sean is quick witted, he made his point about not appreciating the guy touching him without even saying anything about it. Patting Greg on the shoulder after he patted Sean sent a clear message.
The shoulder pat was 1000% perfect.
It was perfect....passive aggressive exchange...
That lady at 17:56 was so sweet! Best public servant interaction I have seen so far! If they'd be all like her there'd be no issue at all
Sweet old lady
I absolutely love how Sean talks to people. He is polite.
I love how they are concerned about security yet they calmly stand in front of you.Interesting as always,Thanks Sean.
Yes! I was just watching your old videos and was waiting for a new video to watch. Thank you, God bless! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Funny how the older lady up stairs had the social emotional intelligence to recognize that Sean is a non-threat, and was just like 👍. We have a lot of paranoia in our society. Probably from watching too much news and interneting lol
That was one Aggressive at first and Goofy guy Greg..
I bet alot of people are going to go talk to him lol
The return of the pat on the shoulder was a straight up power move! Good work, Sean!
I agree, Sean never let officials step on his toes. He never initiate disrespect but he will give it right back at them.
He doesn't even disrespect people after he's been disrespected.
I cracked up so hard, then he said "strange fellow, Greg, very strange fellow" and I about lost it.😂
that made me laugh 🤣
The touch on the shoulder and his carryon so gay
That First Lady you met in city hall should be an example for all public employees
The cop was polite but passive aggressive lol
That's what I call the "Marie Barone" syndrome... Snide comments with a smile
“I got confused for a second, this is where the important people sit” - Savage 😂
The mentality of these public servants is mindboggling. They think the building where they work is their own property.
Brings a smile to my face when people pass the audit test. Especially the older lady who said good to see you.
Shocked 😳 Actual HUMAN Police
Who Aren't Trying To Escalate 🤯
Good Job Guys!
Officer Wiles is the man and knew exactly what was up lol. A++
Good job showing the passing audits as well as the others. Thanks Bowling Green! Loved the pat back on the shoulder,
18:10 she was so sweet if only all public servants could be like this! "good to see you" it is good to see someone exercising their first amendment!
I loved her!!!!!!!
Instantly ready to protect this Lady
She made me smile 😃
I love her reaction. Very calm. That’s what we want in our public servants.
She was so precious !!!! You can always tell when people have God in their heart.
Kudos to Sheriff Wildes, thank you for standing strong with the constitution.
Our employees are somewhat insubordinate🤔 Obviously they feel like they rule over us as public employees. Whatever happened to the expression " Its a pleasure to serve"
Imagine what would happen if you didn’t have a camera. You could be accused of just about anything
Yup pretty wild
He probably wouldn't be accused of anything. If he didn't have a camera, they wouldn't care about him...
I smile every time i hear your voice on the intro dude. Make sure our public servants respect our rights and treat us with respect. Such a great endeavor.
Another great job Sean! You are making change, one town hall at a time. Good to see LEOS who understand the law and uphold their oath! #WeThePeople
Bowling Green done better than I thought they would. I got the impression the sheriff deputy knew who you are and did not want to make a fool of himself. Thanks for sharing, for I enjoy watching your videos here in Butler County the county adjacent to Warren Co, Bowling Green.
I am looking for an auditor in Kentucky so I can support their their cause. Do you know of any?
Officer Wiles was top notch. He didn't even blink an eye when he was brought in. Bowling Green PD also top notch.
The best in the business for protecting our rights. Thank you sir.
Most of the citizens acted out of normal curiosity and law enforcement were not unreasonable. No drama - as all audits should be.
I've seen lots of people filming in public from 8mm on up. Never once have I even thought of going up to them and asking what they're doing, why they're doing it, and who they are. Guess I'm behind the times. 🙄
“Sean, you have to understand where we’re coming from.”
Absolutely-from a place of ignorance.
Your restraint in these situations is absolutely amazing you can tell that your parents did a fantastic job raising you so shout out to you mother and father.
Excellent video sir thank you for what you do for us.🐝
I love your correction of where the important people sit!
The audacity of these PUBLIC servants is incredible. They are all intellectually dishonest and emotionally compromised.
I’m Greg the public servant. Why are you being mad with us?
Dammn I really don’t understand what’s the issue with recording in a city hall he’s literally minding his business and they gotta do the most if your a city employee you should know recording in a public building is not against the law it’s 2022 April for god sake how do they think it’s against the law to record a public building I find it scary at this point
The lady at 18:00 handled the interaction perfectly and exactly how every other public servant (employee) should handle the situation.
That's right when cop said "people waste time everyday" and that is what keeps him employed. Lastly, all officials and the courts love to stand behind "ignorance of the law" bs but it sure the hell doesn't apply to them.
I love how you returned the shoulder tap. Lol. That cracked me up.
'Tit for tat' is a highly effective communication strategy. (Sean is a native NY'er.)
Happy that we can view these beautiful buildings and artifacts...thx
"Greg" thinks he has way more power than he does.
Greg has the personality of a kiddy diddler.
Greg needs medical attention
"thinks" is being generous with Old Gregg.
"you like Baileys?"
Greg from IT has issues with his feelings. He isn't in control of them 100%. I hope this video helps him realize that and work on it.
Thank you for what you do. You are getting very good at this, and I LOVED the pat on the shoulder
Greg isn't strange, he just thought that he was going to intimidate you but when he got your respond he wasn't ready. Drive on soldier!🇺🇸💪👍
Sorry, but I have to disagree. Greg acted weird!
18:00 this lady is absolutely AMAZING! She made my heart happy by welcoming you into the building.
💯
For real tho. I was looking for this comment
Yes! She was a sweetheart!
I find it so interesting how they act like it’s a security threat to video record what anyone can walk in and see at any time 😂
Thanks Sean for setting a standard other auditors need to learn from.
Wow...The city clerk was more concerned with security than the sheriff that gave more info about the building than the clerk!🤔🤦🤨😒😔👌👍✌️
All in all i felt like they did well here! Great to see both the officer and deputy pass and not violate any rights!
Man that little old lady was perfect. There are multiple ways a person can approach someone. The little old lady was awesome. The black dude at the beginning of the county building could learn a lot about how to talk to people from that sweet old lady
Unfortunately that man seemed to be running on a slow processor.
Greg’s level of passive aggressiveness felt caricaturist it was so ridiculous 😄 krazy eyes
Totally cartoonish.
I thought his eyes were gonna pop out of his head at any second 👀
Greg looked like he won some internal war when he learned Sean's name.
@@AliValentine143 🤣
I’m so happy to see that you’re in my state educating all of these individuals
That shoulder pat was such a surprise to the odd man, Greg. Awesome move!
I love how you show “good” interactions as well as the bad that’s what sets you apart from the rest! Keep it up!
Yup I seriously doubt a criminal casing a joint would draw attention to themselves by holding up a phone, especially with CCTV everywhere.
@@jjryan1352
If you wanted to case the place it's so much easier than these guys think it is.
Step 1) get a records request on who works there and their picture.
Step 2) get a full layout of the building
Step 3) get a full weeks worth of camera footage.
Great audit with no major issues. Some people were unprofessional, but they will learn.
Peace ✌
@Robert Ray Commie.
Amazing how the majority of govt employees think that nobody is allowed to invade their bubble. Keep up the good work
Great audit. It continues to amaze me at the ignorance of public officials when they record everything you do the minute you enter the building
@@yrp237 yep ,he even got the mayor of Berwyn , IL to take down an unconstitutional sign.
Lol first thing they ask is ARE YOU RECORDING!😂😂
When confronting a citizen recording, almost every publicly paid employee says that you (the citizen) needs to see things from THEIR perspective. That reality is that THEY need to see things from the Citizen's perspective, in that THEY are public servants, the building(s) they work in are PUBLIC buildings, and SCOTUS case law has confirmed that we ( the citizens) have the right to record what public officials do on public property. There is a TOTALLY erroneous sense of ownership that pervades among public servants, including police officers .
Correct.
@Robert Ray If he had a mask on they would have said to take it off for the thermal camera. Not one single person in that building was wearing a mask
Some of those employees were actually really nice and didn’t push any issues… cool to see!
