- Fellow Patriots, on March 1st 2022 I was peacefully exercising my first amendment right at the Franklin County Government Building in Malone, while I was there I came in contact with an overzealous, unhinged County Clerk who only wanted to escalate and keep me from publicly accessible areas. Even worse when I entered the clerks office he completely lost it…Please be sure to hit the like button, it truly helps spread this around for more Patriots to see it and I appreciate it!

I think what most public employees fail to understand is they work for the taxpayer and so many of us and I include myself have no clue of the constitution and the Bill of Rights because it’s not being taught in school anymore that is our fault we need to stand up and make some changes in this country from the local governments all the way to the federal government

I work for public housing in Ohio. The residents film me all the time. IDGAF! It's their right.
Its pretty simple really. Most people only work in these type of jobs for the security, pension and benefits it provides. The officer was absolutely useless, he should have told the clerk to allow you in to conduct your business but he just stood there stupified. The clerk should be fired for blocking public access and services. It is beyond ridiculous how people act because of a camera, to think how they act when they aren't being filmed.
If the clerk had put his hands on the officer like that, he would have absolutely been arrested and jailed for a very long time.

I called to let them know that what they did was wrong about preventing a member of the public from entering public offices. One guy told me the call was being recorded and being sent to the state police. Guess they don’t understand the constitution rights of individuals to express their rights!

No they definitely don’t understand constitutional rights in Malone NY. In fact once you leave Albany NY and start heading north the atmosphere changes. It’s creepy. I was forced to grow up there from the time I was seven to around the age of 25. Then I moved to Plattsburgh NY. Not much different trust me. Then I completely moved out of that state when I was 38. I’m originally from not to far from NY city. I don’t to this day understand what my parents were thinking moving us up there

@south968 the governmental agencies are loaded with these people. Mental illness is a prerequisite to employment. The worse these types are as far as being literal sociopaths usually increases their odds at climbing the ladder to become some type or authority on their departments at the very least. This behavior has been incentivized and allowed to snowball into what we see here everyday. A mental evaluation will only tell us what we already know. They're sociopaths and they have no reason to change as it's part of the requirements to work at places like these.

@@MrDeanWeen It's been common knowledge for a long time, particularly when involved with auto accidents, that you NEVER apologize because it's admitting to fault/guilt. 5th amendment also agrees to keep quiet.
