    Thnx lot. I was doing exercise for past 1 week which I was told by my orthopedic yes pain was getting subside. N doctor told agar theek nahi hua to knee replacement hoga. Mein langraa kar chal rahi thi. Yesterday I saw this video. Aaj socha chalo regular exercise key saath ye bhi kar key dekhti hu n I did only exercises in thise video only. M omg mera pain 90% gayaa n mera langraana band ho gayaa. I will do it religiously. Thnx once again

    Mai Anil Katkar Pune 70 hu mere ghutne dard nahi karte lekin legs me heavyness hai especially walking ke time jada heavy lagta hai aour Mai without support khada nahi ho sakta balance jata hai
    Pune ke Sancheti Hospital, physiotherapist,doctors sab ho gaye Age ke hisab se problems aate hai lekin exercises karne ke time kuchh bhi nahi aour chalte time ku hota hai
    Ye ligaments, tendons,ya muscular problem hai?
    Please muze advice kijiye aour suitable exercises bataiye mai aapka bahut bahut aabhari rahunga

    Mujhe bhi knee problem hai mai 10 minute bhi na chal pati hu na khadi ho pati hu aur mai akele hu meta koi karne wala bhi nahi hai doctor ne opration bola hai mai opration nahi karwana chahti aur mera knee thoda teda bhi ho gaya hai aap ko dekh kar mann me ek umeed jagi hai please meri help kariye aap jaise bolegi waise karungi please help mai phir se chalna chahti hu

      Please pareshan hone ki jaroorat nhi h mere bhi same problem thi jo aapne boli esa laga jese aapne sari meri hi Story suna di but mene apne ghutne theek kiye h.to aap bi kr sakti h thoda hard work karna padega starting isi exercise se kijiye me videos Share karti rahungi roz kre do baar carefully 15 se 20 minit koi bi question ho me answer zaroor dungi n be happy meri 75 hard challenge ki playlist ki videos ki saari cheeje follow kr sakti h
