Thnx lot. I was doing exercise for past 1 week which I was told by my orthopedic yes pain was getting subside. N doctor told agar theek nahi hua to knee replacement hoga. Mein langraa kar chal rahi thi. Yesterday I saw this video. Aaj socha chalo regular exercise key saath ye bhi kar key dekhti hu n I did only exercises in thise video only. M omg mera pain 90% gayaa n mera langraana band ho gayaa. I will do it religiously. Thnx once again
