I have been looking for exercises for my knees. I am 64 and have knee pain. I live on third floor and climb stairs every day. Sometimes 3 to 5 times and that makes it harder. My knees have swelling. When it's hot and humid, my whole legs hurt. I am so glad I came to see your video and it's wonderful. I will start doing these exercises and let you know.
