The firefights in this game are always so intense! I think it's the slower pace forced by the older weapons, as well as permadeath for your character, it makes you slow down and really play it tactically.

Yes! I love the concept of fighting with these older guns, reloading is something you REALLY have to make time for and the hit or miss factor of those slower rates of fire comes together in a really cool package of fear and tactics
@@Quinniii_ttv I love tarkov and have over 1000 hours. but most gun fights in tarkov aren't really drawn out intense cause they usually last .5 seconds.
@@MamaGrell1992 I love EfT, there’s no other game that’s quite like it, the loadout customization, the pseudo-realism, the rush of picking up high end loot and trying to fight your way to extraction as quickly as possible, it’s a great game. However, Hunt has a certain magic to it that pulls me in unlike anything else I’ve ever played. The atmosphere, the gunplay mechanics, the maps, the (mostly) period accurate guns. Crytek really has something special here, and having started playing last year and been around to see many major changes to the game, I am just thrilled that they seem to have a great amount of dedication to continuing to improve and expand what is already such a finely-crafted game.
I love seeing guys like you play this game and introduce your audience to it, because this game deserves so much love and a large player base. It's such a great game

Got this game from the sale and the first 2 times I played I thought I sucked but miraculously on the 3rd I learned what to do better how to aim where to aim from and now I love it!

I started playing this game about a week ago with a friend and we've been having a blast.
We mainly play on xbox so theres not alot of realistic game's in general so its always nice to find one.
We prefer and love games that are more realistic

I recommend knuckle dusters for the fire zombies. I was trying them out one game and they 3 shot them instead of 5+ with a rifle or pistols. I personally run knuckle dusters heavy knife med kit and traps

The best advice I can give in this game is run run run. Everybody wants to be sneaky and make no noise but the faster you move the less people you will run into. If you have a good team mate you can extract before the other bounty is found.

Btw if you want to break a window so you can get through it, you don't have to break the window first you can just vault through and it will break the window

Sadly it’s a very niche game and as a long term player myself I feel like their marketing could be stronger but there is no denying that this game is a masterpiece

Drewski chain revolvers + dum dum rounds = Watch the true panic, at a reasonable price since dum dum is usually pretty cheap. I think its 60 for the dum dum rounds.
The only drawback is that you lose the possibility to wallbang but other than that it's insanely fun to watch the enemy having to chose between fighting you and bleed to death or run to stop the bleeding to get shot in the back xD

Get it! Don't listen to people whining that such gameplay or such ammo ruins the game. Hunt has improved very much over time and keeps improving. Also, the devs do everything they can to let new players have the best experience possible. Unlike some other games... (yes, I'm frowning at you, Tarkov!) all in all, as long as you play the way you want and don't expect everyone to play the same, you'll have a blast. Lots of stress but also lots of fun. The gunplay is unlike any other game and it's really addictive. And the devs are not hungry money grabbing cunts. So... Given it a try! It's often on sales.

I wish my buddy didn't switch over to PC on me, I can't bring myself to play Hunt solo lol. It's a great game, but I'm a casual gamer anymore and lack the competitive drive to just dive in.

Hunt's screenspace reflections are the biggest visual problem it has. They should probably just get rid of them tbh.
