You are so right, have had her DVD since 2009 but I never took it seriously till last week I noticed a colleague trimming down nicely and I asked her what she does, booom! It was this same lady I underrate her fitness exercises. This particular clip is what my colleague uses.
I lost 40lbs in 2 months doing her 3 miles mon-fri (no weights), fasting, drinking more water, eating healthy and completely omitting SNACKS...I felt that if I had over 30 lbs of fat on my body why did I need a snack? If my gut was hungry it had over 30lbs of left overs to choose from Bon appétit.

Just brilliant. Have been doing two 45 minute walks back to back and it's perfect for me. An hour and a half out of each day is NOTHING compared to what getting fit and feels like after being bed-bound for almost 5 years. I agree that Leslie DESERVES a Noble Prize. I and my family have been walking with her for many years with GREAT results!! I learn a lot about health from her. By her i feel Very Confident about taking good care of my health. She teaches with Love and heartfelt Conviction concern about everyone. I Trust her. I will Never workout with anyone else. I started with her at 31 and now i am 61 years of age. I Just Love her. She is my Trainer for life. I recommend her to other's. You get Results!

I cant believe i cried during the walk. When she started talking about stress and problems, i teared up cause tomorrow i have an important presentation and its my last semester. I'm trying to be graduated from a tough university. So i will have that stress for three months. She said that nothing is more important than our health, and i knew it too. I much prefer trainers that talk instead of just having music. And Lesley is a joy to listen to, she engages my concentration much more effectively than just music. ❤
I discovered Leslie during lockdown in 2020 and I can honestly say that no one can compare to her. She is truly the best fitness motivator. She makes it seem so fun that I just wanna walk every day just so that I can be as happy as she is.

I've endured rough chemo, a lumpectomy, radiation & still doing lighter chemo till Feb. 2022. Your workout has helped me get back into some activity to combat the joint pain and stiffness from chemo. I am a 70 yr old woman and have been exercising since I was 26. I was doing aerobics 5 x week in the 70s, 80s and 90s. Then went to the treadmill in the 2000s and working out with you using weights 3 mile workout for the last 8 years or so 4 to 5 times a week. I have been so blessed to only have to stop once when I broke my knee a couple of years ago but then did chair aerobics for 8 weeks also one time I stopped for a week due to covid. I believe I have stayed this healthy because of my dedication to my workouts. It has also kept me at my same weight since I was 26. 5ft 3 at 126 pounds. Thank you Leslie for making these videos it has been a life saver.

I have been doing her exercises for many years, but for some reason I have stopped, well I had to babysit and I had arthritis, but having arthritis and not moving just makes it worse, I like doing the arm with weights, after I stopped, I couldn’t move my arms above my head, but I pushed through the pain and now it better

@@sweetamna3262 how many calories you burn depends on a lot of things. Your weight, your age, how much muscle vs fat on your body, whether male or female. I'm 63 yrs old, 5'1", 106 lbs and according to my tracker I burned 194 calories doing this workout.
I've been working out with Leslie for 42 days now 4 and 5 days a week . Before I found her videos, I just couldn't get motivated to exercise. She's fantastic and I'm so glad I found her. Half of my closet is very loose on me now. And I feel terrific!

Leslie, let me tell you, I had an ACL reconstruction last year and my physiotherapist didn’t succeed in making me feel confident in moving around. I'm so glad this is available to us on UA-cam. It's been one of the very few workouts I'm able to do with my injuries and advanced age. While for years I was working out and not losing weight, sometimes gaining, I'm now losing and it's in a healthy way. It's so nice to fit into my clothes again and feel good. Thank you so much for the positive messages and sensible exercise.
Last doctors visit I was 362 and he was not happy. After one month I have lost 13 lbs. I go back in another month and I intend to be another 13 lbs...Thanks Leslie ..I also use my fitness pal to monitor my daily calories.

At first I just cut out sodas and that helped then slowly I transitioned to a vegetarian diet. I am now doing intermediate fasting for at least 12 hours a day. Are you walking with Leslie?

I lost 30 pounds in about 3 months doing the 3mile/5k walk strong with weights. be advised that you MUST watch your carbs , caloris and proteins when doing these workouts 6 days a week as I did. The burn is there but you MUST FUEL YOUR BODY. But I am winning this battle becuase she doesn't have me running or jumping becuase I cant due to a knee and a back injury. Been doing this video since April 2019 have really toned up and have lost weight I'm about to be 63 years old and feeling amazing I really love her videos thank you Leslie.. I walk with Leslie most days or power walk in our beautiful Yorkshire Dales. I have lost seven stone eleven pounds and I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis five replacement surgeries done and now awaiting surgery again. At 58 and with an underactive thyroid I struggle with weight loss. I've been doing this for three weeks now (and cut down on my calories) and not lost an ounce. What I have lost though is the depression that comes with my condition and I have firmed up. I have managed to come to terms with the idea that I will be this size for ever, but I don't need to look frumpy. Thank you so much Leslie.

Don’t give up!! I’m hypothyroidism too! It took me 4 months to lose 20 pounds! I’ve got 50 more to go! It may take a couple of years but I’ll get there!

Ouma thank you so much for sharing your experience! I am currently 28 years old and was diagnosed with a slightly underactive thyroid a few months ago. I am taking a low dose of thyroid medication to help supplement it. I don't know you, but I am proud of your progress and your comment has inspired me to get back on the walking bandwagon (I did these workouts for a while, but stopped).

Thought this might motivate some of you. I started with 20 mins of walking with Leslie Sansone and then stick to this routine of 40+ mins after 1 week. I lost 8.5kg in a month with 1 meal a day and this workout. I supplemented with simple 7-minute youtube arm workouts after walking with leslie. For everyone that's trying to lose weight with low impact, you can do it too ❤

@@lydia_makeup_creations I use a Fitbit hr but keep in in my pocket as I find on my wrist it records arm movement and no actual steps. So it still more accurate. Probably the same with any wrist worn device.

I used to eat cucumber all day so I'm doing that along with very simple thigh and arms exercises and I'velost 5 kgs in 2 weeks.. And I dance for fun too. Walking is the last thing I'm doing. Even if you're considering walking. You gotta walk atleast for 40 minutes .
Just completed the entire workout and I'm feeling tired but amazing. I also used my 5lb weights as well! Currently 5'3 165 trying to get to 150 by doing this workout along with intermittent fasting.

Having mastered the 5 Mile Walks I was looking for a new challenge and boy, did I find it ... Using 1 pound weights I was sweating heavily soon into the 1st mile - but I loved it! I completed 1 mile walk video. I could feel the pain in my knees when I started however as I was towards completion I started feeling so refreshed! You are a true inspirer! if you squeeze your abs and tuck in your belly as she says while doing the whole workout, it works like magic on belly. Mine got more and more flat. Also squeeze your butt muscles while doing kicks and knee lifts.

I've been trying to be happy for my whole life through work outs, binging, making myself busy with art and music and books.. And i've tried the majority of workout videos on youtube, you can name it and im sure i did it but nothing brings me joy as much as Leslie.
Leslie will probably never see this but the other day I went to workout and was looking for high calorie burn yet lower intensity workouts with no sharp turns, excessive squats are alot of jumping etc... I was feeling so discouraged I honestly felt frustration. I have chronic pain and most high intensity workouts I can do but I shouldn't because I'll injure myself or experience odd pains during the workouts that don't go away for days or weeks after even after icing/heat treatments etc...It has been so frustrating to finally accept that I just can't do high intensity workouts anymore. Your workout videos are some of the only ones I can do full out with the weights and actually feel relief in my muscles and my joints while doing them. They give me a good sweat, weight management and that sense of accomplishment that I had lost when I had to stop PIYO and Shaun T which I really enjoyed. Your workouts are truly for everyone no matter their level or physical ailments. If you have full mobility you can do it. Thank you so much for putting these workout tapes out there for us!

I lost 15 kgs in 8 weeks doing this exercise and eating clean. I have had trouble losing weight let alone exercising. But Leslie's exercises are so addictive and helped my lose my excess weight. It's two years now and I've managed to keep it off. Thank you Leslie.

Just brilliant. Have been doing two 45 minute walks back to back and it's perfect for me. An hour and a half out of each day is NOTHING compared to what getting fit and feels like after being bed-bound for almost 5 years. I cant believe i cried during the walk. When she started talking about stress and problems, i teared up cause tomorrow i have an important presentation and its my last semester. I am a 70 yr old woman and have been exercising since I was 26. I was doing aerobics 5 x week in the 70s, 80s and 90s. Then went to the treadmill in the 2000s and working out with you using weights 3 mile workout for the last 8 years or so 4 to 5 times a week. I have been so blessed to only have to stop once when I broke my knee a couple of years ago but then did chair aerobics for 8 weeks also one time I stopped for a week due to covid. I believe I have stayed this healthy because of my dedication to my workouts. It has also kept me at my same weight since I was 26. 5ft 3 at 126 pounds. Thank you Leslie for making these videos it has been a life saver.

I have been doing her exercises for many years, but for some reason I have stopped, well I had to babysit and I had arthritis, but having arthritis and not moving just makes it worse, I like doing the arm with weights, after I stopped, I couldn’t move my arms above my head, but I pushed through the pain and now it better

@@sweetamna3262 how many calories you burn depends on a lot of things. Your weight, your age, how much muscle vs fat on your body, whether male or female. I'm 63 yrs old, 5'1", 106 lbs and according to my tracker I burned 194 calories doing this workout.

I'm so glad this is available to us on UA-cam. It's been one of the very few workouts I'm able to do with my injuries and advanced age. While for years I was working out and not losing weight, sometimes gaining, I'm now losing and it's in a healthy way. It's so nice to fit into my clothes again and feel good. Thank you so much for the positive messages and sensible exercise.
Last doctors visit I was 362 and he was not happy. After one month I have lost 13 lbs. I go back in another month and I intend to be another 13 lbs...Thanks Leslie ..I also use my fitness pal to monitor my daily calories.

At first I just cut out sodas and that helped then slowly I transitioned to a vegetarian diet. I am now doing intermediate fasting for at least 12 hours a day. Are you walking with Leslie?

I lost 30 pounds in about 3 months doing the 3mile/5k walk strong with weights. be advised that you MUST watch your carbs , caloris and proteins when doing these workouts 6 days a week as I did. The burn is there but you MUST FUEL YOUR BODY. But I am winning this battle becuase she doesn't have me running or jumping becuase I cant due to a knee and a back injury. At 58 and with an underactive thyroid I struggle with weight loss. I've been doing this for three weeks now (and cut down on my calories) and not lost an ounce. What I have lost though is the depression that comes with my condition and I have firmed up. I have managed to come to terms with the idea that I will be this size for ever, but I don't need to look frumpy. Thank you so much Leslie.
+Ouma Hexi it surely helps in reducing weight as well, but it needs time and food habit changes as well. Exercise helps me with my depression too. i forget all my worries for some minutes and feel lighter.

Ouma thank you so much for sharing your experience! I am currently 28 years old and was diagnosed with a slightly underactive thyroid a few months ago. I am taking a low dose of thyroid medication to help supplement it. I don't know you, but I am proud of your progress and your comment has inspired me to get back on the walking bandwagon (I did these workouts for a while, but stopped).

Thought this might motivate some of you. I started with 20 mins of walking with Leslie Sansone and then stick to this routine of 40+ mins after 1 week. I lost 8.5kg in a month with 1 meal a day and this workout. I supplemented with simple 7-minute youtube arm workouts after walking with leslie. For everyone that's trying to lose weight with low impact, you can do it too ❤

Hey hope you don't mind me asking but what sort of fitness watch do you use, if you use one or is it an app on your phone. Just wondering as I'm looking at fitness watches and can't decide which one to get💕
@@lydia_makeup_creations I use a Fitbit hr but keep in in my pocket as I find on my wrist it records arm movement and no actual steps. So it still more accurate. Probably the same with any wrist worn device.

Only fasting is helping me. I used to eat cucumber all day so I'm doing that along with very simple thigh and arms exercises and I'velost 5 kgs in 2 weeks.. And I dance for fun too. Walking is the last thing I'm doing. Even if you're considering walking. You gotta walk atleast for 40 minutes .

Just completed the entire workout and I'm feeling tired but amazing. I also used my 5lb weights as well! Currently 5'3 165 trying to get to 150 by doing this workout along with intermittent fasting.
Highly recomended this to who want to lose weight.I started in this 4 months before.So now I mean after 4 months I lost 7kg.And I follow the diet plan too(but I fullfilled my cravings with less size meal)Good gob Leslie.Keep going.Walk walk walk ♥️

Having mastered the 5 Mile Walks I was looking for a new challenge and boy, did I find it ... Using 1 pound weights I was sweating heavily soon into the 1st mile - but I loved it! I loved every single minute of this 3 mile walk and will be looking for heavier hand weights right after I posted this. Thank you Leslie!
I'm a very active person, but I love to do these workouts on my rest and recovery day. I'm still able to work up a good sweat and it keeps my body nice and limber. Your workouts are fantastic Leslie! Thank you so much for sharing them with us all. You're the BEST!!!
Leslie sansone thanks to your walk programs I have been able to maintain my weight in the last 6 months. I’m so glad I did because my clothes still fit me well. My blood pressure has regularized as well, and I feel much more alive. God bless you.

I completed 1 mile walk video. I could feel the pain in my knees when I started however as I was towards completion I started feeling so refreshed! You are a true inspirer! Thanks for uploading such an easy yet impactful walk regime.. I am going to try 1 mile for a week and then start with 3 miles.. Thanks again! Bless you.
Did it without the weights.. and its a crazy workout... transitioned from the 20-30 min session to the 3 mile... glad I completed it :)
if you squeeze your abs and tuck in your belly as she says while doing the whole workout, it works like magic on belly. Mine got more and more flat. Also squeeze your butt muscles while doing kicks and knee lifts.

Thank you Kylie M :) Unfortunately I had to stop due to some injuries, but I lost about 1 kg in one month, and of course i stopped eating too much. I'm sure I would lose more, if I continued this workout.

I've been trying to be happy for my whole life through work outs, binging, making myself busy with art and music and books..
And i've tried the majority of workout videos on youtube, you can name it and im sure i did it but nothing brings me joy as much as Leslie.
doing it every week day , since april 1 belly is going down, at least ... but yet too many kilos to loose . still keep it going !i love it!

Leslie will probably never see this but the other day I went to workout and was looking for high calorie burn yet lower intensity workouts with no sharp turns, excessive squats are alot of jumping etc... I was feeling so discouraged I honestly felt frustration. I have chronic pain and most high intensity workouts I can do but I shouldn't because I'll injure myself or experience odd pains during the workouts that don't go away for days or weeks after even after icing/heat treatments etc...It has been so frustrating to finally accept that I just can't do high intensity workouts anymore. Your workout videos are some of the only ones I can do full out with the weights and actually feel relief in my muscles and my joints while doing them. They give me a good sweat, weight management and that sense of accomplishment that I had lost when I had to stop PIYO and Shaun T which I really enjoyed. Your workouts are truly for everyone no matter their level or physical ailments. If you have full mobility you can do it. Thank you so much for putting these workout tapes out there for us!
