He does not have the courage to go against Lord Fauci , FDA ans CDC when they were forcing us thru the federal govt to get the shot or get fired. I want doctors who were banned and censored In 2020 , anyone of them to head the FDA.

I told people about receipts years ago. They all looked at me like I was crazy, sadly. I've been on top of learning about all of this knowledge for years since having my daughter 19 yrs ago. I went all natural and organic back then. I've tried urging everyone I know to do the same.

So how do you do without receipts? Like Costco you need to show the receipt while getting out. And other places in case one needs to return something then it needs to be kept. I understand gas station receipts can be avoided. But what about rest? Any insight?

@Sumi R I'm so sorry. I hadn't seen or received notification of your response until now. The ink is what's most concerning and toxic. If I need to take a receipt, I very carefully handle it so as not to touch the ink. I fold it in half with the ink side facing itself and fold it again before putting it in preferably a plastic bag. A ziploc bag is a great way to keep them away from exposure to your skin. If it's not a purchase I may need a receipt for, I simply tell the cashier that I don't want one. There's also the option to have a receipt emailed to you at many retailers these days. If this option isn't mentioned, ask. I genuinely hope this helps!
Much love and many blessings to you and to all! 🙏🥰🙏

@ROMO ROMO organic foods are what you want to eat. Meats, fruits, vegetables and everything and anything else. Growing your own is really your best bet if you're able. Going to your local farmer is something I highly recommend if you can't or need fruits and veggies you don't grow yourself. It not only keeps your diet clean and healthy, it also supports organic farmers who we can't afford to lose. G-ments are trying hard to take all farmers out of the equation, sadly. Supporting them is essential to keep them afloat.
I clean my fruits and vegetables (even organic) with organic essential lemon oil as lemon is antiviral and antibacterial. You can put it in a spray bottle for easy application. Just rub it liberally on the fruit/veggie, rinse and enjoy.
I'm happy to answer questions if you have more and I'm knowledgeable. Much love and many blessings to you and to all! 🙏🥰🙏

I wash everything, even frozen berries I rinse at first. Hard plants as tomato, cucumber, apples I wash with vinegar and water and then brush it with salt, it contains iodine which is like natural bacteria cleaner. Off course you can't rinse pesticides from inside but this method is useful to clean pesticides from skin and clean the dirt. I put greens and that kind of veggies in water with few spoons of alcohol or grape vinegar, let it for some time and then rinse it. Here in Europe the worst are apples, tomatoes, strawberries, also lettuces, bell peppers. We are well known for raspberries, they are not treated that much as raspberries. I eat blueberries, avocado and pineapple almost every day. Forest fruits in general are extremely healthy and beneficial. 😊 ❤ But also just cheap cabbage white or purple have vitamin C more than oranges. I do buy organic stuff like ceilon cinammon, organic spicy herbs, that kind of superfood stuff, or superfoods that is not typical for this area.

I, as a chemist, analyzed pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits from 1991 to 1998. The amount of the residues tested was below the tolerance that EPA set up. During the 7+ years, there were only 2 produces that had residues above the tolerance, they were pulled away from market immediately and destroyed, and one farmer got fined for million $. Basically, our fresh produce is safe in terms of pesticides. Still wash it to reduce the residues that are allowed and below the tolerance.

I've bought 'Certified Organic' Kiwi and I eat the skin. This is in South Australia. I don't for a second think that it is organically grown simply because when you get to the dip bit where it was joined to the vine, tastes exactly like the dip bit in apples from years gone by. I refuse to buy it now but it is a shame. I prefer to eat the skin on much of the produce I eat because I know peeling it removes a large percentage of the nutrients. I only buy 'Certified Organic'. I buy frozen 'Certified Organic' strawberries and other berries but sometimes I question why the flavour is sometimes lacking.

Best to spend what you have on “not poison’ Don’t support the peopke who are poisoning us. I am 78 and healthier and stronger than most peopke far younger than I am. Don't ALL cans contain plastic liners? It's necessary to keep the metal from interacting with the food. That pretty much goes for paper cups as well. It's virtually impossible to find healthy versions of these containers. The best containers are glass as long as you recycle or upcycle them. That said, you may still be exposed to some plastics in the liner of the lids.

Results published in 2012 from two major Harvard University studies-the Nurses’ Health Study, which followed the diets of about 120,000 30- to 55-year-old women starting in 1976, and the Health Professionals Follow-Up Study, which followed about 50,000 men aged 40 to 75-found that the consumption of both processed and unprocessed red meat appeared to be associated with an increased risk of dying from cancer and heart disease, as well as shortened life spans overall-a conclusion reached even after controlling for age, weight, alcohol consumption, exercise, smoking, family history, caloric intake, and even the intake of whole plant foods, such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. The findings suggest there may be something harmful in the meat itself.
The largest study of diet and health was co-sponsored by the National Institutes of Health and the American Association of Retired Persons. Over a decade, researchers followed about 545,000 men and women aged 50 to 71 and came to the same conclusion as the Harvard researchers: Meat consumption was associated with increased risk of dying from cancer, dying from heart disease, and dying prematurely in general. Again, this was after controlling for other diet and lifestyle factors.
Alzheimer’s disease risk may also be affected by meat consumption. In Japan, the prevalence of Alzheimer’s has shot up over the past few decades, thought to be due to the shift from a traditional rice-and-vegetable-based diet to one featuring triple the dairy and six times the meat. The lowest validated rates of Alzheimer’s disease in the world are found in rural India, where people tend to eat plant-based diets centered on grains and vegetables. In the United States, those who don’t eat meat (including poultry and fish) appear to cut their risk of developing dementia in half, and the longer meat is avoided, the lower dementia risk appears to fall.

      (Translated from another language) :
Most receipts are not recyclable because they are made of thermal paper. The receipt printer contains a laser that burns the text into the paper. This means that no ink or toner needs to be used. But that thermal paper often contains the substance Bisphenol A (BPA) and that substance entails risks for public health.

No way to get kids to like fruits and veggies with disgusting frankenstein produce like these. I stopped buying such products despite the fact they're a lot more affordable because, they're not only unsatisfying to the taste but also full of chemicals and OGM.
