Thank you all for watching! This series has been one of the biggest projects I have done for UA-cam, and I'm glad you all enjoyed it! What should I do next? BTW here is the playlist for Acts 1 and 2 ua-cam.com/play/PLVbqAsh3Fz1133ZOFE7IKLQEVPHnseFM3.html
I've also been doing a full cleric playthrough (Tav, light; Shadowheart, knowledge; Gale, tempest; Karlach, war). I call my group "The Cleric's Quartet" or "Uh oh, All Spirit Guardians!" and so far the only thing that's given me any trouble is those Gith monks. And by trouble I mean the fight last 5 turns rather than the typical 2 or 3.
You actually do get something if you save her. Once you deal with the bhaalists and kill Orin/Sarevok, you can report to her at the flaming fist headquarters and get some gold. It's located at Basilisk Gate off to the side if you have trouble finding it. (It's where you find Lora for the hag survivors quest)
Learned acouple things from watching this video 1. There’s a long rest spot in Raphael’s Home I did that entire place saving spell slots for that final fight and had to be careful with my short rests and 2. I skipped a lot of lore or just wasn’t paying attention before the dragon fight lol
I’m bad at using cleric, so this series has been an eye opener for me and very entertaining. Kinda inspired me to start another playthrough with a Gith cleric, specifically tempest domain, not sure how that’s gonna turn out 😂
Fantastic job vlogging your journey through the game. Weird how all the play throughs are different. Clerics are a powerhouse. And. . . , FOUR divine interventions!!! Crazy!
Currently playing a seldarine drow, light cleric, selunite, and vengeance paladin. Friendzoned shadowheart, and the dialog options with shart while being a selunite cleric is rather entertaining 😂she’s so confidently “wrong” ABOHT Shar and she ends up going back to her roots (in my play through) I call this run “Shart, I told you so”
Letting you know, if you plan on going to the underwater prison, you dont need to let Wyll sell his soul to save his father and then you get his good ending
Yea, I knew where it was, but I like the role play approach to the game, I try not to meta game too much. It also allows me to experience different outcomes
@@thejury94 it will be ... different but bard is probably the most versatile class in this game so you can do everything with a bard. i'm not sure which class may offer the most challenge... probably 4 rogues? they surely have an unique playstyle if you go 4 martial you simply destroy everything fighter barbarian paladin monk ranger pick your favourite and have fun druids they may struggle a bit in the beginning but not too much warlock can be challenging but as soon as you reach level 3, which is pretty early, you are good to go wizard/sourcerer you will have troubles only in your first 4 levels then 4 fireball will set every score, probably xD you already did cleric (super run mate) bard is the best class in the game for me so well ... (i did 3 bards and a monk but honestly i would have been fine even with 4 bards) rogue is a big question mark so to do something challenging and different i would probably go with full rogue party
@@thejury94 I am on my third one (320 hours in total). First one as a good lawful bard, second one as drow oathbraker paladin evil dark urge, now as a druegar ranger/thief as dark urge fighting against the urges. Every single one was so different (especially evil dark urge) and I thought after taking 150 hours with my first playthrough I saw and did everything but I was so wrong. Can’t wait for my fourth playthrough. Afterwards I am going to check out Dinity original sin 2. I always wanted to play it and I think now is the time. Until BG3 gets an full blown adding in 2025
The girl Yenna is just a stand in so Orin has someone to kidnap if you don't have a party member available to be kidnapped. There's not really any quest for her and she isn't taken, she just stands around during act 3 repeating the same line about how she's going to cook you a meal and even brought her own paring knife.
Cleric is my favorite class in D&D. (I'm currently playing a twilight cleric in a campaign right now and they're amazing.) I've been wanting to do an "Oops! All Clerics" run of BG3 for a while and I'm even more excited to do so after watching this series. 😀
I've multiclassed ranger with cleric and also done the storm sorcerer/tempest cleric build. This sounds like a fun idea. I wouldn't mind also trying an all wizard run.
I noticed that you don’t have your task bar expanded so in the case you weren’t doing it on purpose and would like a bigger bar, I just wanted to let you know you can do that by clicking the tiny plus on the right side of the bar
It's frankly absurd how people underestimate cleric classes. The defensive backbone that having a cleric provides almost guarantees that you will never TPK. This is especially true if you are a newer playerand don't know all of the mechanics well
I didnt even do that, i just beat him after the cutscene, Asterion never got taken Hostage in my playtrough, didnt even know it was a possibility@@thejury94
I REALLY WANT to like Cleric.. but War Cleric has so many bugs with its charges that I can't effectively multiclass it. Was hoping to do fighter5cleric7 but my bonus attack costed long-rest only charges, consumed my bonus action, and left me with my Fighter bonus attack still unused lmao
@@thejury94 I always have a cleric in the party! A Life Cleric casting Feast and Aid is enough to turn my sorcerers into tanks and my paladins into walking forts. I just really wish Clerics weren't so hard to multiclass!
Spoilers for act 3 YENNA is there because she ca be kinapped by orin istead of a member of the party to guarantee they are have gale, laezel and minthara/halsin in your party when she kidnaps someone

After the Rogue playthrough, try a Druid or Ranger playthrough.
Telling yenna to leave so many times would hurt my soul. She helps you figure out who the doppelganger is😭 in a one time no retry kinda way
I had no idea!
@@thejury94 Yenna is also a failsafe for orin kidnapping someone, if lae'zel and whatever other choices are dead

Saving Devella does nothing, I tried so hard to do that and when I succeeded she didn't even address me and just walked past me.
lol yea I know, but clerics gotta save everyone!

Here's a little trick to figure it out more. There are two types of cleric. There is the heal bitch cleric, and the fuck you cleric.

Ooo I wondered how a selune cleric would interact with shar
To my understanding, Yenna basically functions as the failsafe traitor if you have positive relations with every other party member.

Very nice man, i used a lore bard in place of my cleric this run ... he can shine quite a bit but it is surely not a cleric. Cheers m8
I'm considering a full bard playthrough in the future
@@thejury94 it will be ... different but bard is probably the most versatile class in this game so you can do everything with a bard.

fighter
barbarian
paladin
monk
ranger
pick your favourite and have fun

The only reason clerics are played least is everyone is horny for shadowheart

Cleric is OP. Best Healer. Best Tank. Best Burst
Agreed
Would be interesting to see what you do with Wizards.
Will have to add it to the list ☺️
They have some great abilities as well.

Wait, i took Asterion to fight Cazador and he just messed him up? he never got taken hostage? he just gave Cazedor the beat down of a century?
Interesting, in my first run astarion gets captured straight away and you have 3 turns to beat cazadore before the ritual completes
what happened to shadowheart and astarion afterwards tho
