Hi - I broke my foot last Christmas falling down some stairs. And your yoga routines for no feet totally saved me :) As someone who was practicing yoga 6 days a week prior, I was so upset when I felt like I wouldn't be able to do yoga for weeks. Then searching on youtube for something that would work without feet involved - I came across your series of videos. Hands down the best sessions out there - as despite not using my feet you still got me fully 'doing yoga' and feeling like I'd really moved! I also love your teaching style which is calm, engaged and so well directed and supported. Really impressed by all your classes and your generosity in sharing your work on here. You are doing beautiful work that is deeply appreciated. Many thanks xx
Hello thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and write such a kind comment. I am so happy you found my no feet series and that it’s been helping you while you recover. I hope your foot is much better now 🙏
This series has been a life saver! Had foot surgery 3 weeks ago and miss my daily yoga classes with you! Would love to see more!
Hey,Charly. This time I have an injured knee and I am so happy now, that I found your no foot classes. Thank you so much❤namaste👐
I am so glad I found you and these videos! Nursing a nasty sprain and chipped ankle bone from a trail running fall…and have 5 more weeks of no running or intense exercise and was starting to lose my mind! Thank you, thank you, thank you! These are great. It was so nice to break a sweat this morning. Looking forward to doing yoga with you each day for the foreseeable future.
Hello Heather it’s great to hear from you. Sorry to hear about your ankle, I hope that it mends soon. In the mean time I’m happy you found my no feet series, take care x
You’re a beast Charlie, that core work 😅🥴. Thank you for saving me through my fibula fracture!
Owh you are welcome. I’m glad to be challenging you even though you are injured, there’s still so many ways to feel challenged.
Omg!!! You are my hero instructor! Thank you for keeping me going this last year through a major ankle injury. A third installment of your No Feet Yoga is just what I have been needing. ♥️🎶♥️👏🏻🥰
Thank you so much Jess I’m so glad the no feet series is helping you get through your injury ☺️ thank you for your kind words
This was a great practice as I recover from a clumsy encounter between my foot and a table leg. Thank you so much.
Oh nooo I hope you are okay. Happy you found this class x
Thank you thank you thank you! 6 weeks non weight bearing and Thea videos are saving me!❤
Thank you I’m glad to hear it
Great half an hour session which I will keep returning to, much like the first one. Thanks Charlie
Thank you so much Jade ☺️
Thank you! I broke my leg 8 weeks ago and am finally ready to exercise again. It was just what I needed!
This is my favourite one of the series! I thought I'd never need to return to this series after I recovered from an awful sprain but it looks like I somehow managed to sprain my other ankle! I suppose the silver lining was returning to this series and realizing how good it is.
Your smile is a great part of my morning.. thanks for the beautiful energy… and the injury classes!!❤
I`m very very grateful for this wonderful practice, thank you! I love that you included the balancing parts, it really challenged me, but did not affect my broken toe. Also I like your voice very much 🙂
Thank you so much I’m so happy you enjoyed this class ☺️ I actually just filmed a new no feet yoga which I’ll post tomorrow so hopefully you enjoy that one just as much ☺️
Thank you so much. I needed this for my sanity after injuring my foot!
Great workout with a torn calf muscle. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I’m so glad you enjoyed it ☺️
I love your no feet/foot injury series! I really need and enjoy that because of my injured foot. Thank you and love from Germany! ❤️
I'm so glad you have benefited from this series 💜 love from England
Bless you, Charlie! I was beside myself, as a daily yogi, to not be able to do yoga after I missed a step walking down the stairs to do the laundry, of all things. Googled for classes in the parking lot outside of my orthopedist's office, who had just told me 3-4 weeks until yoga. I love these classes. It's my go to as soon as I wake up and remember that I can't drive to yoga yet! Thank you so much!!!
I shattered my heel bone 6 weeks ago, and I have checked out every yoga video for this situation. I love your calm voice and the fact that there's no competing music. I welcome more "No Feet Yoga" videos as I have a couple more months before I can be fully weightbeairng. Thank you so much!
Hey Amy, thank you for such great feedback I’m so glad you are enjoying the no feet yoga classes 🙏
Thank you! Just had foot surgery and your session helped a lot. More please.
Thank you for this third installment of no feet yoga. I first discovered your no feet yoga while I was recovering from a 5th metatarsal break. The pandemic had stopped my yoga practice; I am just starting to return. Unfortunately for me, down dog position trips sciatica. Yoga has become difficult to do. This class doesn't stress my poorly behaved sciatic nerve, grateful for this.
Hi Frances it’s great to hear from you again I’m glad you are making the most of this series ☺️
this half an hour really brought me back to my body. I was finally able to calm down. thank you so much ! :)
I'm so happy this class helped you, thank you for joining me
I loved this, even felt confident to take my boot off. Thank you
Please continue with this series!!!

I am 7 weeks post op from foot surgery and started doing your videos a few weeks ago and I am amazed at how well I am healing and I love your videos so much. Thank you for making them and helping so many of us who are healing from foot injuries and surgeries.
It is really great ! I was happy to do this yoga with my brouken ankle.
injured my toe nail 3 weeks ago and got back to exercising (arm weights) only a few days ago. so glad that I can still do yoga with no feet exercises!!!
Wishing you a speedy recovery ☺️ take care
Thankyou for this sequence! I’m one month post foot surgery and have been trying hard to keep my hips, glutes, and core active and strong. This was a much needed hip opener practice to stretch and give a little love to those sore muscles. Thankyou!!! Namaste
Thank you for your feedback I’m so happy this class was what you needed ☺️
Thank you for these!!
You are welcome Ally ☺️
Loved it so much. Thanks
Thank you 😊
Thank you so much for this yoga session! I have a wound on the top of my foot so anything that stretches a lot the foot or requires feet on the floor is still challenging. Your session was perfect as it helped me to adapt to my situation and reintegrate yoga as my foot is healing. Again, thank you 🙏🏻
Thank you so much for this wonderful series. I had foot surgery one week ago, and am in a cast. Being able to keep my daily flow has made this sidelined-distance runner filled with so much light and joy!

Sorry to hear about your foot but happy you found my series and that is been keeping you active. Wishing your foot a speedy recovery ☺️
Thank you so much for this series. I've been alternating between the three during the rehab of a broken ankle. It's exactly what I need. I plan to share this with my physical therapist so she can pass it on as well.

This was perfect thank you so much! Very tough I have to say (Ive only been doing yoga for a couple of weeks) but this is the only video Ive come across that is truly feet free. You are awesome thanks!
Awe thank you so much 🙏
This class has helped me so much! I have a broken 5th metatarsal-So no weight-bearing for six weeks. At the beginning of your class I’m so stiff I’m about 6 inches from touching my toes and at the end of your class I can reach beyond my toes. Thank you again.😘❤️
Thank you for sharing your experience Cathy, I'm so happy you are finding the no feet classes helpful ☺️
The "no feet" part got me - great practice!
Thank you so much ☺️
Thank you.
You are welcome Mary ☺️
I am seriously so thankful for you and this series perfect for beginner and intermediate yoga lovers! I broke my little toe and don’t want to aggravate again 🤦🏽♀️ I get to do some of the other flows in this series too!
Thank you Brettney I really appreciate your feedback and I’m so happy you’ve been enjoying this series
I’m pretty sure I broke my toe today. I have had a daily practice for well over 2 years and the thought of going a day without yoga was so upsetting! I happened to open my UA-cam app to search for options and this popped right up! I’m soooo grateful and excited to have not one but 3!!! classes to do while I heal!!! Thank you!!!
Hey Marie, sorry to hear about your broken toe I hope it heels quickly. Happy you found the no feet series and it’s here to keep you active during your recovery. Sending you all the best, take care ☺️
I hope your toe heals quickly, and that you're still able to enjoy your practice😊
It was challenging and nurturing!
Really appreciate the videos, I felt so blue when I brok my toe. I'm an active person and was mildly panicked; your videos are a tonic x
Owh I’m so sorry to hear that but I’m glad this practice helped you ☺️
Great class! And also a nice to change things up a bit if you do not have an injury :)
Thank you so much Merel ☺️
Thank you so much for these. I have had a major injury and surgery to my foot, now 12 weeks post op these videos are so helpful. Are you making any more? Thanks again 🙏
Hey Sheila thank you so much I’m so glad these classes are helping you. I’ve had so many requests for more of these so I will definitely share some soon xxx
@@CharlieFollows great news! Thank you 🙏
Happy Friday 👍😁
Happy Friday
That was great, namaste ❤
Thank you 🙏
I am in recovery from a broken ankle and your series allow me to move in a safe way. I would love a "no feet 4", that would help me stretch my hip flexors that are so sore from bearing the weigth of my leg for several weeks.
Hey Ingunn I will definitely make another one. Thank you for the request I will have a think about how I can focus more on the hip flexors and then I’ll film something soon(ish) ☺️
@@CharlieFollows thank you for your kind reply, I am already looking forward to your next video 💗🙏
Super
This was great. I have a sprained ankle
I’m so happy it helps
Thank you so much for your video series. It has been an amazing resource during my recovery from an ankle break. This one had me shaking like an old tractor! Do you have any advice on how I can make my limbs more supple? For instance during the last set where you opened each leg up completely to one side while the other one was laid out forwards (almost 90 degrees to the other leg), I could barely open my leg up 45 degrees to the other one.
Thank you so much for taking the time to comment, it’s always very encouraging to hear from people who have benefited from this series. To answer your question you need to work on external rotation which means opening your legs out the sides. Positions like pigeon pose, seated straddle fold and extended hand to big toe pose are all great ways to improve on this ☺️ I hope this helps
@@CharlieFollows thank you so much. I will definitely work on what you suggested. I appreciate your reply, you're a gem!
Hi🧘♂️
can't flex injury right foot
Charlie, thank you, this flow is wonderful! Some days I struggle with a rolled over ankle (it happens during vinyasa) and it needs to swell down
I'll strengthen my ankle but in the meanwhile more like this! 💖
Hey Georg thank you for joining me I’m glad this class is helping you stay off your ankle ☺️
@@CharlieFollows
Thanks, and so the other one from this series 😊
