Recovering from foot surgery- your no feet yoga routines are my regular go-to right now. Thank you so much.
Few months ago I started yoga and I’m loving it! Unfortunately I’ve sprained my ankle and end up with crutches. This video is so great! Thank you so much! 🙏
Hey Maja sorry to hear about your ankle, wishing you a speedy recovery. I’m glad you found this class ☺️
I recently broke my toe and was struggling to keep up with my daily practice without videos that I could fully follow. I was so happy when I came across your footless video the other day, and even more so to find a second today! I appreciate that I can still challenge myself, even during injury. Thanks so much!
Thank you for your feedback I’m so glad you found these classes and they can be of service to you 🙏💜
Broke my ankle 2 wks. ago but knew I didn’t want to go w/ out moving meditation. So thankful for this video. And from the comments there’s another!
Hello, so happy you found this, there's actually a whole series. Here's the playlist: ua-cam.com/play/PLJvDaXFqvSLNkFNTBKfuaa_28S6v6P3vk.html
Thank you SO much for creating this series. I broke my toe and was super bummed about not working out and doing Yoga. This is super helpful!
I'm so happy this series is helping you stay with your practice while not being on your feet. Take care x
I tore some ligaments from the bone in my ankle and have not been mobile for a month! I finally got permission to start moving again and have done both the "No Feet Yoga" videos now. It has felt so good to move again, and I am slowly but surely building my strength back up! Thank you for making these videos. (And since you asked, I enjoyed both the videos but prefer the first one. I think it was because the first one had chatarunga instead of lowering the hips to the ground. Regardless, these videos are such a great resource and I will be practicing them both for the next couple weeks. Thank you!)
Hi Rachel thank you for sharing your experience its great to hear how you are getting on with the classes. I'll be sure to make another one soon so there's lots of variety 🙏
I came here straight after doing the first no feet yoga practice. Thank you for saving my evening and making me feel good about myself again despite the injury!
I can't tell you how happy it makes me that the no feet yoga classes are helping you feel better about yourself. I understand how challenging it can be when we aren't as mobile, so having something that allows us to feel empowered in times of struggle is so important. Sending you all the best 💜
Thank you for taking the time to create a few videos for no feet practice. I broke my ankle epically this July and have been off my foot this entire time. I searched for yoga practices that would help me try to maintain my physical abilities while struggling to heal and regrow the ligaments I severed and the broken bone. It was pure joy when I stumbled upon your first video. And I was over the moon when you added a second. Maybe this could be a series?? 😱🤩🤩
Awe thanks Jess I’ve had a great response from these classes so I’ll definitely be making more like them 🙂
WOW, thank you. 7 weeks with a broken ankle I was desperate to get back on the mat but had no idea where to start and was very afraid. This was just perfect - THANK YOU!!!
Thank you Elaine I’m glad these classes are keeping you sane during recovery
I am glad I found your yoga without use of feet. I am suffering from a torn ligament and your exercises are just right for me.
Hello sorry to hear about your injury but I’m happy you found my no feet series and I hope it continues to help you during recovery.

Had surgery and These 2 “no feet” yoga classes are terrific. Thank you.
Thank you for creating no feet yoga. I am healing from peroneal tendinitis and this allows me to continue practicing without having to think of an alternative in regular practice.

Strained ankle. A perfect follow on from the first class.
Thanks so much. Like others here, I have a foot injury and have been unable to do yoga. Your video allows me to start again. Much gratitude.

Thank you for this practice.I have toe injury and I enjoyed doing both your classes.God bless you.
Thanks Trupti it's great to hear that you have benefited from the no feet yoga classes 🙏
Thanks a lot. Have been quite down after ankle surgery. I am very active and not being able to walk was really making me feel more limited than I already do during this covid crisis. This really helped me to get back to myself.
Hey Andrea, you are not alone, it can be so disheartening to sustain an injury when you’re an active person. I’ve felt the same when I recently hurt my shoulder. I’m glad you found this class helpful and I hope it serves you well. Wishing you a speedy recovery 🙏
I would love to know how many times I have used each of your three No Feet videos! You have helped me in so many ways. I am healthier, fitter, and determined to become a local yoga instructor and teach as many people as I can reach that you don’t have to be an amazing athlete to get the many benefits from a body in motion! You have helped ignite a fire within me to pursue my dreams of a lifetime of happiness and health. Thank you! I look forward to more of your amazing content. Especially the practices without using my feet since I am still healing from my injury.
Oh you just put the biggest smile on my face! What a start to my morning, thank you thank you thank you 🙏

Broke two metatarsals a couple of weeks ago and I’m so happy I found your videos so I can keep up with my yoga practice. Not gonna’ lie though, these would be challenging even if I didn’t break my foot. Great videos, thank you!

Thank you for another episode of No Feet Yoga. I was delighted to find your first class, and this one is just as good - but more challenging. I am grateful not to be losing strength despite my injury - a fifth metatarsal break. Grateful too to be reminded of how much one can do even with an injury.
Hi Frances I’m glad the no feet series is of value to you. It’s great to hear about your experiences, I will be making another soon so hopefully that can be of service to you too
