Some of you have asked me how I make ginger water. Well here it is. I use ginger water as a dietary supplement. It’s anti inflammatory properties along with honey have helped not cures my seasonal allergies. Watch this video to discovery some of the many diet benefits of ginger.

Michael Rosenbaum I’ve kept it in the refrigerator for about a month. If I have any left after that I freeze it. If you want to keep it longer without freezing it, I would recommend boiling it then placing it back in the refrigerator.
