She asked me to send her to someone else instead of you. When I asked why, her reason was you're too aggressive and she doesn't want to watch videos where she feels blasted. Especially with the YT shorts. I realize you're putting 'energy' into the video but here's the thing. You've already got so much expertise. And that's what people are coming for. You, more than almost anyone, can already talk circles around others. The verbiage flows and you are never at a loss for words. So try this on ONE video, just try it. Like ok, plants make defence chemicals - but what if they are mostly targeted at other species not even closely related to humans? Thought about that?
And also - No, not all "fruits" are meant to be eaten, at least not by YOU as a human. Others are, because we DOMESTICATED them this way, so we can eat them, same for vegetables and grains
    So "fruits=good, veggies=bad" is irrelevant.
All we need to know is if we are adapted to a plant species by breeding and selecting it.

    Actually, science disagrees-
Fruit-bearing plants: Fruits are a classic example of a plant adaptation that encourages animals to eat them. The fruit is a sweet, nutritious package that animals are attracted to, and the seeds inside the fruit are often excreted elsewhere, helping the plant to colonize new areas.
Capsules and seed pods: Some plants, such as the gorse plant, produce seed pods that are hard to open without the help of an animal. These seed pods have evolved to split open when an animal, such as a bird or rodent, tries to eat them, helping the plant to disperse its seeds.
Nectar-producing flowers: Many flowers produce nectar to attract pollinators, but some plants also produce nectar to attract animals that might help to disperse their seeds. For example, the spurflower produces nectar at the base of its flowers, which attracts ants. The ants carry away the seeds of the plant, helping it to disperse.
Nutritious leaves: Some plants, such as the moringa tree, produce nutritious leaves that are attractive to animals. By being eaten, these plants can benefit from the nutrients that are provided by the animal's feces.

For me this diet isn’t sustainable, by sustainable I mean something I can’t see myself doing all of the time and if I did this when I was over weight it would’ve set me up for failure. Better advice I found and follow is finding a balance, focusing on high protein low calorie meals that are good for you, keep you full, and are of food you enjoy.
