With all the cough and flu season going around I wanted to share this homemade tea for cough/sore throat that I’ve been using for many years.
This kehwa is very effective, it helps soothe sore throat and cough. Add a few drops of lemon juice (that would help loosen the mucus)

I got acid reflux and because of that I got dry cough it's almost 2 and half months my cough is not going can I also try this I get tired of taking medicines still they are not working and I have cough I want my normal life back 😔

@@gypsysoul7752 no I didn't try anything now my cough got to much light within time just I drink cold milk not too much cold little bit cold milk it helps to make our stomach relax and I eat everything within time it got too much less now it's not much more but still having little bit but its much better from earlier one thing more stay much hydrated atleast drink 9 glass water everyday it also helps to lessen the phlegm

Yeah ...it works...add some tulasi leaves ,ginger , half teaspoon turmeric powder...it becomes more power..this drink brings me cough free nights..

@@sigmamale6143 When honey is mixed with hot or boiling water it becomes toxic where Ayurveda also states, warm honey is a slow poison. It has been said that when you simply boil/caramelize honey, it can turn toxic and change the texture like glue.
You can add honey to your drink when the drink is at normal temperature or when it has been cooled, upto the level of it being luke-warm.
