I always carry a durable pen with me. I am always self conscious of the pen. If anything like this happens to me, I am going to take out my pen and put it in his stomach by bending forward. That has to happen fast, so thinking of wuch scenarios before hand helps.
Do the switch, but keep the right wrist and do a rear hammer lock as you step through.
Yes many things to do after, but if you lost some blood and adrenaline kicked in the first thing to go is fine motor skills. Better to escape, compose yourself and then get offensive if need be.

Make sure you can pull down to breathe. Then a really nice shot to Frank and the twins with the free hand.
In other words, in most cases, there's no way out. With the element of surprise, the attacker will have time to connect his arms.

Stand in the corner of the room to also prevent side attacks 😂
Always know the location of all the exits too..

What if the choke is locked in?
🤔 requires to much coordination for me, just stamp ( crush) his tones/foot. Especially ladies with heels can use this by any grabbing from behind ( advice from my former sensei) 😁. Ofcause you can do this without thinking and eyes closed🙂👍.

I blocked one once. About a year before I got my black belt. I was super proud but played it off because I was in front of a whole bunch of girls in the quad in HS lol. One in a million reflex and wouldn’t expect to be able to do it again for sure but at least I know I am capable 😂

I doubt anyone on the street would know how to do anything regarding proper martial arts let alone hit a proper RNC. I do BJJ every day and that's one of the hardest thins to hit. Most people will never ever have to worry about defending themselves against RNC just defending themselves in general :)
You reach back with both hands and take your fingers and thumbs and make bowling ball holes where his eyes used to be. He will let go of the choke fast. Even when he lets go of the choke, he may suffer permanent eye damage.

this is horrible self defense.. the pulldown is not strong enough for one arm. the best defense is the sweep windmill and duck under the control arm. follow me for more better advice
