I've built several unsuppressed 8.3" 300BLK Hanson pistols. Best barrel caliber pistol combo out there. The Wilson Combat Accu-Tac on the end is glorious.
This video just made my Birthday wishes come true with the nitrated SS Barrel announcement. Now I'm just waiting for BA version of the Aero Handguards and I'll be stoked!!!

Happy Friday eve y'all! Nice on those new barrels, will have to look at one of the 14.5" or 16" for a future build. Also love those new BA Super charging handles! Question: What's the velocity difference between your 8.3" and 10.3" Premium .300Blackout barrels when running subsonic ammo, roughly? I have an old 8.5" .300 Blackout barrel from another manufacturer, but have been contemplating a new .300 Blackout build. I think I'd like to go with a longer barrel length, just not sure if the advantage is there in my case (running subs only). Thanks!

Sorry, if this got addressed somewhere down the line but what are your thoughts on steel cased ammo and bimetal jacketed bullets in your barrels?

Been looking into a 14.5" barrel that I would get pinned and welded. What barrel, gas system length, and muzzle device (suppressor not an option) would you recommend...and if this is a bad idea for a possible home defense gun pls let me know

What are your thoughts about barrels with built-in trilugs rather than threads, and would you consider producing them in the future?

Waiiiittt a minute. You're not off the hook yet about the QPQ 416R Stainless barrels. So Nitriding stainless AR barrels seem to be a new trend - why is that? I know it adds extra cost but adding hardness and corrosion resistance seems like a no brainer to me. Does Nitriding a SS barrel negatively affect accuracy and tolerances compared to non-nitrided counter parts?
Inquiring minds want to know.
