Katee, you cracked me up in this video. Such a down to Earth person. Thanks for bringing Bo-Katan to life in the Clone Wars and The Mandalorian. So glad you popped up in my viewing list.
Don't worry Joe, buddy ol' pal, I've checked one of those off the list for you. But I can't possibly imagine how Katee has managed to build a successful acting career, a production company, a new house, and a youtube channel on top of her fitness goals with all those thoughts of weddings and babies on her mind 🤷♂️I'm sure your concern for single, unmarried females is extremely appreciated....back in the 1920's 👍
Robin Gadsby way to stick up for her! I feel sorry for this Joe character who seems to think it’s fun to spread negativity as a form of personal gratification. As far as this non-single, 41 year old mom of 3 is concerned, I am proud of what Katee is doing. It’s great motivation for even the most “domesticated” of us women who find strength in her battles and triumphs. I have learned several things through her episodes and am planning on doing a tough mudder next year with some friends as a result. I’m even thinking of raising money for a charity as well, just as Katee has done many times. So I say let the haters hate, because the motivated subscribers are much higher in number and are cheering her on!!!
First off, Katee Sackhoff is amazing. I say cast her in everything because I've loved her wherever I've seen her and that frankly isn't often enough. I'm not jumping on the Bree hate train - I thought she did a great job. But more Katee in more roles, 100%. Thanks for doing this video!
10 years after, youtube started recommending Battlestar Galactica videos... and now I'm binging everything about katee and all the cast...too much nostalgia 😥. Great channel 👌
This is weirdly the second time today I've came across a reference to Tremors and I've only been out of bed for two hours. It may be time for a rewatch...
I’m a CrossFit athlete and runner. I’m 62 but I’m not creepy. Married 35 years. Its great to see you do the burpees, grip strength, and talk about periods. When I hear CrossFit type people they are always natural, like your just standing around unguarded talking to a friend. I’m a BIG Longmire fan. What a great cast. Man I wish it weren’t over but I guess everything needs to end. Great job on that. I’m glad to see you having a happy life with boyfriend and dog.
I think it's commendable that you've taken on the Spartan challenge Katee. Hopefully it is inspiring to other young women, to challenge themselves mentally and physically, like you have. Putting your money where your mouth is, regarding the tough roles you play, is awesome. Your sense of humor kept me glued to the video...I wanted to see what you'd say next. I'm going to make sure my daughters see this. They both have challenges they've overcome, physically, and I think you will inspire them to continue challenging themselves. Sharing how you feel, and the adversity you've overcome, puts a very real human touch to the hard work you are doing...thanks for that. Now I want to see what more one of my favorite action actresses will do next...I've subscribed. Thanks Katee.
I'm a fan of your acting; ten minutes into viewing the first I saw of you had to Google to see who you were. As a very former athlete and coach (now a disabled 75 yo) I am equally impressed by your raining regimen. Hearty congratulations!
@Katee Sackoff.. I'm a huge fan, loved everything you've done on screen... I have to tell you how impressed I am watching you train for this race, your commitment is what I find especially inspiring. My days of arduous physical pursuits are behind me. I abused my body for decades doing hard labor to make a living (I worked in mining); if I had realized the toll it would take on me I would have done things differently, I would have spent more time on my days off working out staying strong, getting stronger instead of wasting my time drinking beer doing nothing. I cherished my time off, mining is hard work I needed the rest but I could have done more to prepare my body for the grueling days, perhaps I would not be so 'broken' and bent today. I tell you this not for pity or sympathy, I knew the risks of the job and accepted them. I admire what you are doing and HOW you are doing it. You're doing it right, you're doing it smart and getting the help you need to do it well. At the time of this posting you will have already run your race, I look forward to seeing how you did. Win or lose, finish or not I'm sure you gave it your all. Enjoy your life, do everything you've always wanted, stay STRONG, that strength will serve you well in the years to come.......
You’ve become quite the inspiration these days! I believe this just might give me the the kick in the but I need to get back in shape, thanks for the motivation.
Competitions are 80% mental 20%. It's easier said than done but the trick is to never let yourself give up. Just one more step, and another after that and another after that even when you want to quit. Good luck Katee!
Natural athlete and actress, played a pilot before, she screams air force pilot all over and a perfect answer from Marvel to DCs Wonder Woman. Hollywood should stop the ridiculous ageism on women and get women like this, passionate, charismatic and as athletic as their male counterparts to get these gigs.
This would be me if I were athletic in any way. I love this so much. You're amazing and I love the extra information from the coach on running correctly. I'd never really given it any thought at all.
Me either! I played soccer and I think because I was fast nobody ever thought to correct my running. I found Tri Fit so helpful and my pain during running has almost gone away. I'm a work in progress but finally on the right track.
I would never of thought you had asthma!! You are amazing! So sorry you were diagnosed with Shingles. Mom got the on her 80's... you are so young. Loved your characters in all the shows. You are a warrior woman!
One of the reasons Longmire was an amazing show was the portrail of the characters from the stories. Especially the way Victoria was played by the Beautiful yet Feisty Katee Sackhoff 😘
Katee...love you, love your channel. Never stop being you. (Well you can be other people for roles too, because what makes them great is the "you" in them.) Have a kick-ass 2021 woman.
I'm going to watch the series again, and dang she's still looking hot. And there is to be word of a new Battlestar Galactica, hopefully won't be a remake.
You look as a humble, genuine but very very determined woman. There is so much of those charachters you acted in the real you, once the movie's exaggerations are taken out. Great challenge, very motivational 💪
"Atlas balls" are actually Atlas stones - they're solid concrete that you can make yourself by using molds and filling with cement. If you want to practice with them, look for a strongman gym.
You are in better shape than many of the other actors because you have done this most of your life and not just to look good on camera. I love seeing you in sci-fi movies and Battlestar but you are a good drama series actor as well.
I run spartan races pretty competitive and this is so fun to watch. Love the video 💪🏻💪🏻. Watching you workout and push yourself makes me want to go for a run.
Once you do one you're hooked ! they are hard but it makes you push yourself to the limit..hope you did well and enjoyed the race. i'm going on my 7th race in December.Remember its a race against yourself , how hard you can push your mind and body and no burpees allowed!
Loved this video! I really like how you try to be so serious and then you just can’t. Love hearing you laugh. You are a workout queen. Thanks for the inspiration and sharing this video. Congrats on the spartan race. 🙂💗
very impressed to see you questioning your running form-most people dont-they just think they are always doing it right-posture in everything is always important-its always useful to look at youself in an clinical manner and see what needs improving without being shameful of anything:)
It's good that you actually looked into learning how to run properly. I know so many runners who have blown out their knees or other joints simply because they have really bad form. Good form = efficiency = endurance = speed. Good luck with your race!
Ha!!! Looks like torture. I think Your dog is worried about you and was trying to talk you out of it . The Hawaii part is great but how about a motorcycle ride instead? 😁
I had pizza for dinner last night. Everything in moderation. Don't hate yourself, just use the pizza as fuel to go do something physical today. I'm going to hit the gym myself in a couple hours.
She is such a bad ass, Sarah Connor, mercenary, the better captain marvel, etc i just absolutely.dont get where were you in the marvel universe you look like a super woman hero.
Well thanks for all the free tips 🤑 TriFit consultation could not have been cheap so thanks for that, 👍and Sprys workout regime.💪 Ill pass on how to bleed on time tho- soooo not going there🤐 glad it worked out for you at the race tho.🥳 Awesome on your camera man keeping up with your training 😰 Theres True Love - of pain 🤣 Thanks for sharing the struggle and the Moto.
Been having a hard time getting back to the habit of running. I have lost 130 lbs but not having much luck running without foot pain so taking days off which does not help getting back to running every day. Your video reminded me of several basics which I knew in hs and college track and cross country running but 30 years can make a person forget what is important. “Pick your feet up they go down by themselves”, has literally been yelled at me by every coach ever until I stopped slamming my foot down and started running right. Thanks for not yelling it I prefer being taught something as all week running no foot pain feeling great.
@Kevin McDougall yes, I know this, but that was almost 13 years ago. I'm saying "reboot" with today's CGI and commensurate budget for someone with her experience.
I used to run heel to toe exclusively until I took a winter break. Coming back into it in the spring my form was gone, and so was my running pains. Heel toe is not natural and honestly painful barefoot.
Ms. Sackhoff, your mental and physical toughness are exhilarating to watch. I apologize for commenting eleven months late, but the global pandemic has had one glorious silver lining: I have had time to sit down and watch all your film and television work after stumbling across the Longmire trailer on Netflix just a few weeks ago. Your portrayal of Vic blew me away. I could write a book on that topic, but won't. At least not here. However, Vic Moretti galvanized my interest in learning how you approach your work; anything that compelling is worth trying to understand how the artist created such a powerful vision. I love these videos that show your approach to other things, such as training for the Spartan Race. Great stuff! Also, I think I get how you will likely draw upon that experience in your acting. If I understand the timing correctly, you are in Vancouver filming season 2 of Another Life. Good luck! I can't wait to see the product of your work.
Ms. Sackhoff, my humble thanks to you for taking the time to review a comment written by a fan eleven months after you posted the video. Even the handful of seconds that takes is an enormous commitment on your part, given the scale of your fan-base (larger than the population of many states).
Is that her in the yellow swimcap? That's what I asked myself. The answer was 'yes'. I was a two year All-American swimmer. You are definately still a swimmer.....🏊🏊🏊🏊☺
Thanks for bringing us along for the ride, Katee. Also, you were fucking awesome as Vic on Longmire. May your inhaler remain on your person throughout the race and may your “hoohah” remain free of mud hole water!
You are awesome! My twin brother has done so many of these (ex-military). Me - I've had both knees replaced twice and have metal in body from back to toes. I can't run. I will live vicariously through you on this. Cheering you on in as many races as you do. And love it when you play kick ass characters. And yes, my husband has a crush on you. It's fine with me. He has good taste. You go gurllll!!!
I was recently rewatching riddick clips and came across your channel and I just wanted to say that you're such an impressive person Mad respect for all you do :) hope it all goes well with the race
When I got the shingles last year (over the eyebrow from nose to upper head, also went into the eye itsself) I was knocked out for a good few weeks, from constant headaches to nerve irritations. Had to sit down mostly and couldn't look into dimmed light. - And THIS monster here goes on to train for a damn murder race!! Oô' - Just found the channel today. After the burp at 3:31 I immediately knew the instant sub was the right decision!
I just subscribed, loved you in Riddick. Watched you in a few of your videos and realize if you are being you then we have similar personality. Thats really cool. I hope you build your channel. Don't stop your movies and shows if you can help it.
I've learned through these videos that Katee as a person is far more adorable than her TV characters indicate.
She is Bo-Katan as RDJ is Ironman. Irreplaceable. Down to earth person and an amazing actress.
Katee, you cracked me up in this video. Such a down to Earth person. Thanks for bringing Bo-Katan to life in the Clone Wars and The Mandalorian. So glad you popped up in my viewing list.

Loved you in Longmire. I wish that show would have gone on for more years.
Philly here Katee! We love you in Longmire and thanks for showing your philly pride! Go Flyers
Those are the exact glasses I would imagine an expert on running would wear.
I was recently rewatching riddick clips and came across your channel and I just wanted to say that you're such an impressive person
Mad respect for all you do :) hope it all goes well with the race
16:42 That should be a Netflix series!
Oô'
- Just found the channel today. After the burp at 3:31 I immediately knew the instant sub was the right decision!
Wait an actual athlete not juiced up like these CrossFit people. Props to you shawty
I just subscribed, loved you in Riddick. Watched you in a few of your videos and realize if you are being you then we have similar personality. Thats really cool. I hope you build your channel. Don't stop your movies and shows if you can help it.
