      You can skip peanut butter and banana, rest is fine. This mean is full of fiber this will not increase your weight but keep your stomach fill for long time which help in preventing over eating.

      Ji oats ko cook nahi karna hain..aap oats ko 20 min tak milk k sath soak kar k rakhe ye ready ho jaye ga ..ap ek bar try kare is recipe aap ko pasand aaye ga.sorry for late reply

    Pomegranate could not be eaten with milk... Also you have put a lot of honey which is not good for health as all the fruits are sweet too, even too much of almond is also not good... All in all it's not at all a healthy recipe.. A thumb down for this...
