Okay but can we talk about the marbling on that brisket from Mo Ran Gak?? In all my years of living in OC for college AND coming to OC every weekend to see my bf, I've never gone to Mo Ran Gak, and now I'm questioning all my decisions and I'm regretting things a bit HAHAHAHA I'm fully convinced and MeiMei has my attention

If you ever stop by garden grove again I highly recommend trying Sookdal. It is a pork/beef kbbq place and it is so underrated and so good. It is very close to mo ran gak and I highly recommend it as their meat quality is so good.
That is my favorite bakery in the OC! Okayama Kobo Bakery & Cafe's salt bread is truly game changing! They use Hokkaido flour to make it so SOFT.

So nice seeing you in my hood and checking out the local eateries. Okayama gets really busy on weekends, that you have to get there when it opens or be in line for awhile. Honestly I think it is ok, just cute emoji buns. They have it in custard flavor too, but it seems in the video they may be out of it.
Oh my gosh these are some of my favorite food spots in OC! Phin Smith is the best, I HIGHLY recommend the Coconut Coffee if you go again! It's an blended coconut drink with coffee and it tastes just like the Coconut Coffee in Vietnam! Also if you're in the mood for acai bowls, Lazy Bird which is right next to Okayama Kobo is delicious!

I can't believe they gave you the crab for free! When you go back to SoCal, you NEED to try this KBBQ place called Baekjeong. The meats are so high quality, and they cook the meat for you! It's in Irvine!

I’m always in the same mood when I’m on vacation I also get sad when I have to pack up my stuff to home cause it also hits me that I’m going home and the vacation is almost over but I do also get excited to see my pet too when I get home 🥰♥️

duuude i live by mo ran gak and it's easily the one of the best korean restaurants ever. no joke, if you wanna eat there on a sunday and you show up at opening time, you'll find that you're already too late; you place on the queue will be behind a long line of korean grandpas and grandmas who showed up to an hour early. i can't believe you discovered it and showed it on your vlog!!! i swear the last two times i went there, i ate so much that i couldnt breathe anymore, it was so good. if anyone wants to impress their friends with their OC outing, pick this local restaurant. you will gain hella street points for picking a hidden gem. there's another restaurant across the street called jong ro that's also good!
Mo Ran Gak is famous for the North Korean Style Cold Noodle Soup!
You should try Orobae they have theee best oolong milk tea! It’s in the plaza across Omomo. Also Da Vien is my new favorite coffee shop. Get their Marble Drip coffee 🤤🤤 oh and coconut coffee from Phin Smith is delish!

Just a note that you can ignore if you already noticed, it seems like your new mic peaks a lot in volume and takes away from the usual relaxed vibe of your vlogs, hopefully it’s something that can be adjusted for future vids!

You have to try Villain’s Brewing Company here in Anaheim. It just opened a month ago and it’s great.
I asked this once before but just wondering about the glass straws, since you take them out to use in public, do you carry them in a bag until you can wash them or do you just take multiples for a long day out?
