I live in Anaheim and you must try the GardenWalk near Disneyland! But Din Tai Fung is good. You need to visit The Camp also in Costa Mesa. It’s a small food area near South Coast
You should consider doing a "feed mei mei travel utensils set", like the straws you have. I know in NYC where I live, many takeout places don't provide utensils unless you ask.
