There is a lot of science behind sorbets/ice cream/gelato; while sweeteners influence the taste, they impact ice crystal formation and size by two main mechanisms: specific effects on ice crystallization and the development of freezing point depression. TLDR is the more invert sugar added, the smoother the texture, but you need to balance that with your taste; in other words pineapple in syrup = smoother.

You’re lucky you’re in Europe because you are closer to DisneyParis! Disneyland in California has no more space to expand so it’s too small for how crowded it is. This also means they cannot get new rides without closing original ones. There is always closed rides that are being re-themed. Disneyworld in Florida is better but only because they copied what’s in Europe lol
