    Verygood information sir thanks for sharing this video if we follow alow carb diet it means we must keep our carbohydrates under 100gms per day first we must avoid all types of bread next we have to avoid al types of grain then avoid all starchy vegetable; avoid all types of breakfast cerealslike cornflakes an muslie; alltypes juices of vegetables and fruit juices smoothis are good ; avoid beans and legumes avoid all chips; biscuits; avoid soda alcohol bears avoiding all this things is a must for diabities reversal good knowledge

    Sir mera haemoglobin 9 hai creatinine high hai n 111 sugar hai. Tab se mein foxtail millet ragi jowar bajra rice kabhi kabhi thoda sa. Stevia leaves ki chai piti hu bikul thodi ya green tea. Kaddhu n drumsticks ka soup piti hu kabhi kabhi. Bas yahi diet follow kar rahi hu.koi aur suggestion ho toh do plss
