This is such a fuckin' amazing series, though Nightmare Mode is something I would never do. Hell, I don't even wanna touch an HCIM.
Same here. Simply don't have the time and energy to invest so much into something that would disappear after one mistake. Well that and I really don't want the stress that comes with all the worrying about dying.
You just lose status and you become unranked. I can understand because I personally don’t want to be an unranked iron but if you don’t care about that, why not make a hardcore?
@@mendelson6052IK they changed it in both OSRS and RS3, but for some reason, I still have it in my mind that it's a one and done thing, like Nightmare mode minus the whole "get breathed on and you die bc 1HP" thing.

If you do calquat tree runs using a brimhaven house or teletabs, they can get you pretty regularly.

@Mcflapphypants it's only random luck that 109 passed the pickpocket requirement at the start of the account. Could be Lowlife 111, 112, etc until another one passes that requirement

I can't speak for everyone, but I would love to see more of the behind the scenes planning you do for each step. I'm sure you're using other accounts to scout certain areas and research on the wiki. More of that would be cool.

i love how this is now the second series where you have to explain why you wont be crafting a rune crossbow
One interesting note, you can actually safely kill steel dragons in the brimhaven dungeon by flinching them. You can safely flinch them by using the pipe that takes you to the slayer area and using a 3 tick ranged weapon to shoot, go in pipe, go back through pipe, shoot, rinse and repeat. You’re completely safe if you do it perfectly
The issue for your account would be getting to the pipe without dying to the dragons. You could probably have people box each one if you wanted to, but that might be too cheaty.
Either way, it’s a fun tidbit. I used that method to get an RCB on my one chunk account.
how do you get TO the steel dragons without getting hit bunch of high level monsters between the entrance and where they are
@@Riane74 he has protection prayers thatll work against everything leading up to the dragons. And as for dragons themself, as the guy youre replying to said, have alt accounts box each dragon
are the spiders by the fruit tree patch due poison damage, he could just use the Brimhaven house teleport. What about the flytraps in karajma?
What blocks fishing trawler for the rusty sword? Can't think of where you can take damage for that

11:35 theres actually a ton of safespots, just a little (10 or 20 tiles) west of the altar are some crystals that stick out from the south side of the area, i found that as a safespot years ago and use it all the time for heads on my Iron and HC.

So impressive. Mad Skills for sure. Either this video or last, you mentioned there was no other way to get a rusty sword, but you can get them from the fishing trawler mini game with no damage risk.
Also for runes, have you thought about GOTR? with protect prayers i think you could do the quest reqs, and farm runes for money making and mage training.

Settled used 108 accs to get a cannon, but now he pretends like he doesn't need one and couldn't just safespot archeologist with it in the first place...
Honestly, its the kind of thing i just hope he didn't die on purpose just for content, which at this point I'm starting to believe, wouldn't be the first time a "unfortunate" accident happens so a creator can do more content...
And i find it extremely hard to believe he wouldn't get prayer protection before going for boss fights (specially fight arena, that is not even useful), for safety since he had a acc that went through the cannon RNG, now honestly the whole series feels... "fake".
It is extremely sad to see something like that, and I say that after watching every single vid settled has EVER posted in his channel, i hope the acc dies soon so you shift to another project, cannonless nightmare mode acc doesnt even make me curious to know how ur gonna die, the GOOD acc is already dead...

16:55 Broodoos can be north of that building west of the totem, essentially exactly where you were. Very unlikely to be there - but there is a bush next to that house and if someone spawned it and logged off, they can wander really far like a mortyania vampire.

In case you have to do the exact same thing again with the ensouled ogres: you can just drop the head on the ground and then cast the spell on it from several tiles away. Don't have to cast from inventory and then run to safespot.
