- Cannelloni with minced meat is ready in a short time. The combination of minced meat, béchamel sauce, cheese and cannelloni baked in the oven creates a delicious dish. In original recipes, parmesan cheese is used but you can use your favorite cheese and add also your favorite spices like chili flakes and no salt and nutmeg powder in béchamel sauce. Create your own healthy oven-baked cannelloni recipe.

1 tbsp cooking oil
250 g minced meat
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium onion

250 g canned tomatoes

Hey Anne, you can adjust the heat according to your oven.
I'm sorry but that cannelloni looks tough and crunchy. It's still raw since you didn't boil it first.
You don't boil cannelloni first,, it will make it difficult to fill & break easily during the process. But yes that cannelloni looks dry it needs more gravy and sauce that will release water during the cooking process and evenly Al dante the pasta. So more of the tomato gravy and bechamel is needed.
You can boil it first but we like it that way but yeah a little more sauce would be good ;-)

Thanks for Ur question. No they are not cooked, because we like it crunchy. Otherwise we think they will be too soft. But if u like, u can precook them partly.
