I'm slightly concerned about being an 'over commenter', if such a term exists, but my gratitude is such that it overcomes my fears. I felt able to articulate it, which is almost unheard of for me, and to receive the reassurance offered to me when I did so. When you exercise the body you are stimulating all aspects of you. Meaning, we have four bodies. Physical, mental, emotional a and spiritual. All four bodies are activated through the body
Hi Sweta, Thank you for your question. All aspects of our health will be affected by this practice. We are using the physical stimulation to connect the body and mind. This helps to activate and circulate the energy which helps to release physical tension, emotional tension and mental tension. The more you perform this practice the more you can sense changes on all the levels.
Yes, You can do this seated. Any movements in any of the qigong series here you can modify. For the more dynamic movements simply do gentle shaking or tapping as comfortable. The Beginner qigong can lend some insight. Thank you for watching! 🙏❤
