    WHAT IS BRAIN EDUCATION TV?
Brain Education TV provides mental health and mental wellness videos to help young adults with loneliness, depression, and anxiety. The foundation of our content comes from Brain Education, an academic study from South Korea that stems from over 40 years of research and application and has been practiced by millions around the world.
WHY WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH…
We suffered from high-functioning loneliness and depression our whole lives. We lived different lives in different states, but when we met, we realized we were struggling with common issues that reflected an important problem in our young adult generation. We didn’t know who we were, what we were passionate about, what we should live for, and what direction our lives were “supposed” to go. We spent a lot of time wandering in search of that magical ‘answer’ that will solve all problems (like I’m sure most of you are doing right now), and yet the further we searched outside, the more pronounced the emptiness inside of us felt.
Millions of people suffer silently from mental health related issues. Yet our society still places taboos around openly talking about relevant mental health topics like loneliness, depression, and anxiety. As a result, our young adults don’t know how to talk about it constructively, where to turn to, or what resources they have to combat this real-life threat to their wellbeing.
We credit Brain Education for giving us the courage to overcome our own mental health struggles and create the lives we want...and now we hope you can too through the videos we share on this channel.

For your bowel movement, when you wake up, stand feet apart and swing your hips 360 degrees clockwise and make a big circle. Push your hips all the way to the front, to the right side, back and left side. Do 36 times. Then do counter clockwise 24x. To start, ' Exhale' first, blowing air thru mouth, navel almost touching your back. Empty all the air. Relax your belly muscles. The air fills up itself. You don't need to breathe in. Exhale and again navel all the way in to the back. Breathe this way when you are circling your hips. Now your feet. Imagine you are standing in the center of a clock. Noon is in front of you. When your hip is at noon, the pressure is on your toes and your back is arching back. At 3 o'clock, your hip is at 3 o'clock but your body is leaning towards the 9. At 6, the pressure is on your heels, your butt sticking towards your back and your back is bending forwards. Then finally at the 9 o'clock, your hip is on the left but your shoulder and upper half is leaning right. It is complicated at the beginning. Practice the circling first to loosen up. Then slowly practice the feet. Notice at 12, the pressure is on the toes by leaning forward. At 3, pressure on the right edge of the feet, at 6 on the heels and at 9 on the left edge of the feet. If you do this slowly in the morning and half an hour you eat, you will not have any digestive problems. It is also important that you bring your navel all the way in until you run out of breath when you exhale. Again, slowly...nothing jerky.

The brain fog, disconnection from my body, dizziness, eye strain, snow vision, and my nervous system on extreme high alert were so bad i started doing acupuncture, and drinking soothing teas, and chiropractic visits which have speeded up the process but it’s still so slow; im unable to work due to this which is really annoying and stressful to me and my family.

@@YHW77777 Actually I thought that earlier after watching Dr. Berg talking about it and suggesting dry brushing or massaging with oils. It helped a little but once I leave it for any reason everything goes back again and even worse! He lately suggested that it might be toxins that are hidden in the fat cells as you eat wrong new fat cells come up more. But for me even when I eat well and lose weight it still have the stupid bumps on my whole body! To the extent I can't by any mean wear short stuff without having to wear long hoose to camouflage it. He lately suggested that to get rid of it we need to make sure we have enough potassium as it's the mean to drain toxins out of the body and it's known the more the sodium the less the potassium and the more body stores water in fat cells and don't drain it out until it replaces it with fat back or really lose it if your diet is for a longer time and with no one least day of comfort. When I started thinking smarter and found this video and tried to control external factors from food and vitamins with the messaging techniques to drain the toxins from the lymph nodes all over my body. I have to say it become a little better in short time. I am trying to keep on it hopefully I'll ever have good looking legs&buttocks again!

I have had a problem for years where my left ear always feels clogged! I have gone to the ENT about it but they said the only option was a temporary surgery to relieve the pressure with a tube that comes out overtime. I noticed during a mall massage once that the massue was working on my head and neck and the ear popping was going crazy. Then again the same with these exercises. I am beginning to suspect the full ear popping feeling is related to my lymphatic drainage. I wish I could make it go away for good. Maybe if I try this video more often it will... I can dream, I have had this annoying problem for almost 10 years now! I will update if I notice a significant improvement!

wow. My arm pit has been itching incessantly at random times, it's not a fungal infection, I know it's my lymph. I just rubbed it 5 times and had to stop to vomit. This is powerful. Not the way I learned in massage school-light strokes all toward the heart. I'm going to do this daily and see if the itching stops.

You guys have to remember when you do these exercises you're draining the lymph nodes and the drainage goes into our stomachs si that is why you vomit or are nauseous afterwards

i actually bought a body paddle with different types of grooves in it to massage my body with because it’s better at getting the knots on my legs & hard to reach areas, i just put some body oil on & 2-3 times a week i will massage out my legs, belly, love handles, booty, back, & arms. it seriously helps me looks more toned and it gets rid of stubborn fat

Also inform us of the importance of PRE-SHOWER..... doing dry-skin brushing .....from toes to....upwards being cautious when reaching stomach doing it with gentle circles.....continue upwards when reaching heart again exercise care go around on the outer circle of heart.....avoiding heart itself....just brush on the outer area all around heart and end right about before neck.....done Then shower. So here we just stimulated lymphatic system & exfoliated. Also good for lymphatic stimulation jumping jacks....trampoline jumping to smaller degree longer walks-hiking.....jumping seems about the best......
