I can't help but wonder about the timing of Ellie's diet change and Jennifer June sleeping through the night. Coincidence? Happy you're feeling better.😊
I have a lot of inflammation and acid reflux and I’ve had surgery for it with no results. I’d for some reason never even thought to try and anti inflammatory diet until you guys mentioned it. I haven’t gone as hardcore as you two but needless to say it’s been a week and a half and I genuinely feel like a different person the results are astonishing!
I went down a similar path with nutrition. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. After I completely switched my diet to whole foods I felt noticeably different. It’s sometimes hard being different from the norm. But it’s true! Your taste buds change and eventually you have a new normal. I wish the standard American diet changed because everyone should experience how good they can feel. I’m so, so happy for you and taking everyone down the path with you guys. I can only influence the small circle around me but you guys have a whole following. I hope you plant that seed for the people that need it.
I have alot of headaches and pain. Every single day of my life. I can't wait to see more about this. I might try it. Thanks and I can't wait for more information ❤
This is great that you are so committed to this and already seeing amazing results! Keep up the good work! I am so glad that you two have finally found a direction that really helps with Ellie's serious issues!
I don’t care for ground Turkey either. Buy a Turkey breast and bake it in the oven. You could make some sweet potatoes with it and a variety of vegetables. Then the next day you could slice it for sandwiches or cut up chunks of Turkey and make a Turkey salad. Turkey breast has tons of protein and I think you’d much prefer it over ground Turkey. So glad you’re feeling better!
I am SO thankful for good health doctors. I wish everyone had access to this knowledge. The world would be a much happier place. Thank you for sharing your journey. It makes a difference in the world
Thank you for sharing your experience. This is going to help so many people. Would you mind sharing the list of approved foods. I would love to give this diet a try. I have Sjogrens Syndrome and an overactive thyroid. I have the same symptoms as you. Ive had them for 15 years. The only option I've been given from multiple physicians are medications. I refuse to take them because they only make me feel worse. Again, thank you for sharing this with us all.
I'm so proud of you both,it's not easy to change the way you eat,me and hubby have started walking and we have changed our diet,we have both lost a stone in 11 weeks, just think what you are putting in your body,as long as it's healthy that's fine, keep it up,you are doing well, love Suzy from England xx
I have Crohn’s and RA also heart problems!!! My diet is very limited. My husband will not eat most foods that are healthy!!!! I mean maybe 2 vegetables and 2 fruits . He won’t eat those frequently either !!!! It makes meal time very difficult!!!!! I am so glad you both are doing this !!! It’s awesome!!!!!! God bless !
I’m so happy for you guys!! And I’m excited to see what recipes you share. My struggle with this diet has been having to eat the same boring things over and over.
I have thyroid disease, other endocrine issues, and autoimmune diseases… I’ve had to eat similar for the past few years .. .before the change I too suffered from horrible migraines… it didn’t fix them completely but I can def tell a difference in my energy, swelling etc … I hope this helps you both!
those guidelines are very similar to what the diet was like for when I had gestational diabetes. xx the diet really made me feel great at the time even though I was heavily pregnant. x
11:28-11:45 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛 YOU GUYS MADE ME INK 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I am so happy for you both, it’s been a long time coming. Sending you SO MUCH LOVE! I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I was just diagnosed with the same thing as you and other things. I decided to try this diet day after Easter. ITS HARD. But I already notice some changes
You both look so well already proud of you guys. Ellie with yours eyes ask for eye drops you maybe suffering from dry eyes, also ask to be checked for chronic fatigue syndrome too as that can affect your eyes.
WOOOOHOOOOO PRAISE GOD! I am so happy for you Ellie and Jarred !! You are doing it ! I know it’s so hard but one day at a time it will become so normal for you both 🥰 Love you guys!
I so agree with you about ground turkey. You might give ground chicken a try in place of the turkey. I find the taste is much better plus your seasoning can help too. Plain ground pork is my favorite.
I can't wait!!! I'm looking very forward to the cooking!!! I'm so so glad you both are feeling better!!! I hope you had a Happy Easter!!! God Bless Us All!!!
Have you tried toasting the pumpkin seeds in the oven maybe with some bagel seasoning or whatever you can have & some nut butter or something? I bet it would be good!
Jennifer June is growing and changing so fast! I love bananas, but I cannot eat them because I get hypoglycemia. I have had it for years now and had to give up all sugar (even in fruit) for 9 years straight so that I could get it under control. When you do without sugar, you don't crave it anymore. I noticed my allergies got better as well without sugar. Sugar is responsible for a lot of health issues. Nothing beats feeling well. At work, people used to ask me how can I eat the same things for lunch (when we had monthly meetings)? If it makes me feel well, I will eat it every day. lol
yes! Would love for you to share your recipes! I would love to do this with you guys. I’m in North Carolina and I know I could benefit greatly from this.❤️
I agree jared about 5 years a go my new years resolution was not to eat sweats or puddings and that was hard for bit but I'm still going strong. and I'm feeling better keep going strong I'm proud of you all
I have been following a similar diet for years now and I really can’t stand to eat very sweet foods. I hate soda and juices, they’re all too sweet. I make myself fresh vegetable juices which I love and I buy kombucha that is all natural no added sugar. Your body will just crave the good healthy food very shortly so it will get much easier. 😊
Try a zuchinni casserole with ground turkey. It needs some sort of white sauce to hold it together. I use Cream of Chicken soup but maybe you can look at your food list and see how you could make a substitute. It's a great side dish or even breakfast casserole. You could whip some egg and replace the white sauce with the egg for breakfast.
Congratulations! Is this a version of the keto diet? No carbs or very low carb? I did Atkins once, and the first week was hard. But afterward it became better.
Im sure you can have a ton of fun with vegeraitan meals, like a veggie chili bowl full of tomato beans and bell peppers, or how about quinoa and feta patties (or maybe you cant ear cheese) But quinoa patties with egg inside and crisp fennel apple salad!!! Or tomato soup with added lentils then you have protein in all of those above meals and your veggies. or some fish dishes, this delish fish soup filled with grated butternut squash, salmon and shrimps its so easy its from Jamie Oliver. Or a fish pie with mash and grated carrot, cellery also from Jamie Oliver. We love filles peppers too with turkey mince and quinoa in tomato sauce. Ok I will stop now and go cook! Good luck!
This is being facilitated by doctors of chiropractic care. And it’s not sustainable. I feel so disheartened because I’m a long time viewer and adore you. I only comment publicly because you post this mentality publicly. BUT I will continue to follow and I look forward to it! Much love. 🙏🏻❤️
I'm curious as to why you can't have iodized salt? That's one of the only ways we get iodine since our bodies don't make it naturally, and it is essential for a healthy thyroid.
Woohoo....you both are so diligent & committed. Was it like three days to cleanse your body? So happy to hear that you're feeling better. Best wishes to you both.
By far THE HARDEST part for me would be no coffee no tea no ice tea, no flavored drinks. You didn't mention that you're allowed any of those. I literally could not survive without caffeine. I've done it before 4 as long as a month but my quality of life sucked.
Ellie and Jared, please take us along to the health food store with you!
I can't help but wonder about the timing of Ellie's diet change and Jennifer June sleeping through the night. Coincidence? Happy you're feeling better.😊
If Ellie is breastfeeding, JJ would also eat what Ellie eats

This is great that you are so committed to this and already seeing amazing results! Keep up the good work! I am so glad that you two have finally found a direction that really helps with Ellie's serious issues!
I’ve been diagnose with SS just today - at 64 years old. Glad you’re catching it earlier. Looking forward to everything you share❤

Ground Turkey is good, when you change up the spices you had. Pepper, garlic, smoked spices...etc. Try again.
So happy you’re getting relief! Chronic pain is crippling!!!!
WOOOOHOOOOO PRAISE GOD! I am so happy for you Ellie and Jarred !! You are doing it ! I know it’s so hard but one day at a time it will become so normal for you both 🥰 Love you guys!

This is so awesome!!! Cannot wait to follow your journey with recipes!! Yay! 😍😍
Ground Turkey makes awesome meatloaf and meatballs!! I also use it in shepherds pie, goulash, etc instead of ground beef. ☺️
I use ground turkey along with low carb tortillas for making a taco casserole.
I’m so excited to see more of this, maybe a few of your viewers can join in and feel better too. I know I want to try!
so happy for the both of you please post the diets
So glad you did this.

Ground chicken breast is better than ground turkey, in my opinion. Good luck. I hope you both feel better.

Obviously Ellie and Jared are going to know better than you since you’re not the one with the diagnosis.
I'm curious as to why you can't have iodized salt? That's one of the only ways we get iodine since our bodies don't make it naturally, and it is essential for a healthy thyroid.
Yes
I’m wondering this as well
I saw Tommy sooo much until this video when you where holding Jennifer June then I saw Calvin❤❤
Ask about Restasis. It helps so much with the dry eyes of Sjogrens.
It helped me quite a bit, yet the eye burning overcame the positive~So I simply use moisturizing drops a few times throughout the day☆☆:)
Cashews almonds and walnuts are very good for you they are good snacks
Woohoo....you both are so diligent & committed. Was it like three days to cleanse your body? So happy to hear that you're feeling better. Best wishes to you both.

Strawberries were low in sugar and if I want something sweet, that is my treat. Still, I watch portions.
Can you make more recipes videos?
What's messed up is we Americans have to eat this way to not be sick, but in Europe you can eat bread and cheese with zero autoimmune issues.
Jennifer June is so cute. ❤❤❤❤
Awesomeness!
Omega Mini's are the best with zero fish after effects

Does Ellie wear glasses/contacts? My sister started wearing glasses with the proper prescription and her eye pain disappeared overnight
