I have a lot of inflammation and acid reflux and I’ve had surgery for it with no results. I’d for some reason never even thought to try and anti inflammatory diet until you guys mentioned it. I haven’t gone as hardcore as you two but needless to say it’s been a week and a half and I genuinely feel like a different person the results are astonishing!

I went down a similar path with nutrition. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. After I completely switched my diet to whole foods I felt noticeably different. It’s sometimes hard being different from the norm. But it’s true! Your taste buds change and eventually you have a new normal. I wish the standard American diet changed because everyone should experience how good they can feel.
I’m so, so happy for you and taking everyone down the path with you guys. I can only influence the small circle around me but you guys have a whole following. I hope you plant that seed for the people that need it.

I don’t care for ground Turkey either. Buy a Turkey breast and bake it in the oven. You could make some sweet potatoes with it and a variety of vegetables. Then the next day you could slice it for sandwiches or cut up chunks of Turkey and make a Turkey salad. Turkey breast has tons of protein and I think you’d much prefer it over ground Turkey. So glad you’re feeling better!

Thank you for sharing your experience. This is going to help so many people. Would you mind sharing the list of approved foods. I would love to give this diet a try. I have Sjogrens Syndrome and an overactive thyroid. I have the same symptoms as you. Ive had them for 15 years. The only option I've been given from multiple physicians are medications. I refuse to take them because they only make me feel worse. Again, thank you for sharing this with us all.

Jennifer June is growing and changing so fast! I love bananas, but I cannot eat them because I get hypoglycemia. I have had it for years now and had to give up all sugar (even in fruit) for 9 years straight so that I could get it under control. When you do without sugar, you don't crave it anymore. I noticed my allergies got better as well without sugar. Sugar is responsible for a lot of health issues. Nothing beats feeling well. At work, people used to ask me how can I eat the same things for lunch (when we had monthly meetings)? If it makes me feel well, I will eat it every day. lol

I have been following a similar diet for years now and I really can’t stand to eat very sweet foods. I hate soda and juices, they’re all too sweet. I make myself fresh vegetable juices which I love and I buy kombucha that is all natural no added sugar. Your body will just crave the good healthy food very shortly so it will get much easier. 😊

Try a zuchinni casserole with ground turkey. It needs some sort of white sauce to hold it together. I use Cream of Chicken soup but maybe you can look at your food list and see how you could make a substitute. It's a great side dish or even breakfast casserole. You could whip some egg and replace the white sauce with the egg for breakfast.

Im sure you can have a ton of fun with vegeraitan meals, like a veggie chili bowl full of tomato beans and bell peppers, or how about quinoa and feta patties (or maybe you cant ear cheese) But quinoa patties with egg inside and crisp fennel apple salad!!! Or tomato soup with added lentils then you have protein in all of those above meals and your veggies. or some fish dishes, this delish fish soup filled with grated butternut squash, salmon and shrimps its so easy its from Jamie Oliver. Or a fish pie with mash and grated carrot, cellery also from Jamie Oliver. We love filles peppers too with turkey mince and quinoa in tomato sauce. Ok I will stop now and go cook! Good luck!
