  • A brand new leg workout - beginner level! ♡ This workout targets your entire leg muscles, makes them strong and toned. You'll definitely feel your inner and outer thighs working! If this routine is too easy for you, you can make it more intense by using ankle weights or skipping the breaks. :)
    ▪️ Intensity: Beginner
    ▪️ Recommendations:
    • Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your leg muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
    • Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
    • For more burn, combine it with my other leg workouts.

    Eylem Hanım merhabalar. Ben çoğu kişinin tersine, kalçamı inceltmek istiyorum. *Round Butt* denilen şeyden istemiyorum. Bunun için egzersiz gösterebilir misiniz acaba? Ya da yapmam gereken şeyler vb.? Lütfen geri bildirim verin. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Öneri olarak 10-12 dakikalık HIIT antrenmanlar da paylaşırsanız (daha fazla) çok iyi olur. Kısa sürede minik de olsa değişimler çok motive edici oluyor. 💖

      @@lizasnellenburg As of now no, but realistically to get results you’ll at least need to do it for a month. If your new to workouts then I suggest you give it a chance. (Side note: this is for beginners, so it will take a while to achieve the results you’re looking for)
