  • Hello fellow Patriots! As you all know my phone was stolen from me by the Danbury Police Department in CT when I was unlawfully arrested. This is an old audit I did a month or so ago! The Westbury Village hall public servants did not understand the concept of our 1st Amendment Rights and called the Nassau County Police, who were very rude, but at least they didn't violate my rights break their oath. For those of you who aren't familiar Westbury is in Nassau County Long Island , NY. Hope you enjoy the video! As soon as the I get my phone's back you will see corruption and tyranny at it's worse. Stay tuned!
Feel free to email me with any questions, advice or tips. I receive many emails of support from you guys and I try to answer everyone one of them. You all are greatly appreciated!

God bless you and God bless anyone reading this! Hope you have an awesome day! Seek him while you can! Jesus is the way and the only way and he is returning soon! Whenever you think you aren't loved... Remember the ultimate sacrifice was for love! ENDING YOUR LIFE IS NEVER THE ANSWER!
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
      John 3:16 KJV
The wages of sin is death (hell) but Jesus paid our debt on the cross, for our salvation! We must turn to God and away from our sinful ways, Confess Jesus is Lord and believe with our hearts that he was risen from the dead by God, and we must be baptized in the name of the Father, the Son and The Holy Spirit and live by His word and Commandments! Trust that God will help with the rest!
Seek God today before it's too late! Today could be your last day on earth!
      Have a blessed day!
      -❤️❤️❤️❤️

When the "lawyer" asked "how do you know she's filming?" The same could be said of anyone, especially LIA ! I would call their reaction "suspicious" and let them know you will continue with your investigation. Nice try on the covid sign-in requirement attempt to get your info too. Perhaps putting the camera inside a sock puppet and asking them to share their fears and feelings while handing out lollipops will make them less fearful. You gotta go back and see if they now will accept their role as public servants that includes their acceptance of being filmed in their duties as tax payer funded government with citizen facing contact who have the right to document their functions and facilities from publicly accessible areas and anything viewable from our line of sight

That lawyer is an embarrassment to the bar...hes incredibly confused!! He couldn't even explain public forum restrictions correctly!
Government buildings are a public place BUT they are considered a non-public forum. Being that this building is not a traditional public forum they have the right to enforce reasonable "time, place, and manner" restrictions on our first amendment rights. They can RESTRICT filming but the CANNOT ban or prohibit filming! For example, a courthouse can prevent you from filming in the courtrooms but they cannot prohibit you from filming in publicly accessible lobbies or the parking lot, that would be "unreasonable". Prohibiting filming inside courtrooms or other restricted areas is considered a reasonable "place restriction". A courthouse can prevent you from entering the building and filming in the lobby after closing hours (time restrictions). A courthouse can prevent you from filming with huge cameras, or excessive camera equipment with loud speakers, that might disrupt courthouse operations (manner restrictions). Generally, if you are filming in publicly accessible area's in a way that is not interfering with the normal operations of the business, no "time, place, and manner" restrictions would be considered "reasonable". I encourage everyone to research the issues surrounding traditional public forums, designated public forums, and non-public forums.

Hes obviously incredibly confused lol... I think the lawyer was trying to refer to public forum restrictions.

Let's not mention the customers who have business to do there who would not what the business to become public at this point. Just because you believe we don't have the Right to Privacy in public, most of us give that Right to others. We walk away if someone is talking about someone else we may or may not know. We turn our heads when someone is putting their pin number into an ATM keypad. We understand that filming a dead body and live streaming it to UA-cam is wrong too. I've seen auditors do things like this all the time and they call it news. It's called being an A-Hole, "a stupid, irritating, or contemptible person." Another Google definition, not my, in my world it also means a person with no moral or ethical compass, in other words an 1st Amendment Auditor.

I know you think all public servants should handle all manor of things the way you want them but he didn’t violate his rights. As it goes he didn’t even request or demand his ID. As a call/investigation he asked asked what he was doing, his name and badge number were present. Besides being obviously annoyed he didn’t do anything else.
