  • In this video, we explore why fashion is not a vain pursuit but a powerful tool for self-expression, confidence-building, self-care, empowerment, connection, artistic expression, mood enhancement, mindfulness, and self-reflection.
Fashion allows individuals to express their personality, creativity, and unique sense of style, showcasing their identity and communicating their desires, beliefs, and emotions. Dressing well and feeling good in one's appearance can significantly boost self-confidence and self-esteem, leading to a positive self-image and improved mental health.
Engaging with fashion encourages individuals to take care of themselves physically and mentally. It serves as a form of self-care and an opportunity to prioritize personal well-being. Fashion can also empower individuals by allowing them to shape their own narrative and express their individuality, leading to a greater sense of empowerment and autonomy.
Fashion can foster connection and belonging, as it provides a way for individuals to connect with others who share similar interests and styles. Participating in the fashion community or following trends can create opportunities for social interactions, benefiting mental health.
As a form of art, fashion stimulates the mind and enhances mental well-being. It allows individuals to appreciate the craftsmanship, design, and artistic expression behind clothing. Wearing clothes that align with individuals' feelings can contribute to a sense of happiness, comfort, and overall well-being.
The process of selecting, organizing, and curating one's wardrobe can be a mindful activity that promotes self-reflection. Reflecting on personal style preferences, considering the impact of fashion choices on the environment and ethical aspects, and being intentional with clothing choices can lead to personal growth, self-awareness, and improved mental health.
Join us as we delve into the various aspects of fashion that go beyond vanity. Through a series of captivating B-roll shots, we showcase different clothing items, unique styles, confident individuals, fashion communities, artistic expressions, mood-enhancing outfits, mindful wardrobe organization, sustainable choices, and the versatility of fashion in promoting physical and mental well-being.

I realized this a while back as well fashion is an art and art elevates culture. I enjoy some parts of Europe because of the fact that higher percentage of people take good care of their appearance. Both genders helping one another look more desirable makes mating and dating easier.

Yes exactly. It does elevate culture. And not because people need to conform to any specific type of fashion either. Just taking better care of themselves and their appearance in general. Ideally personalizing to what makes them feel unique or fits their personalities.

Thanks for watching and the faith in my success on the platform! I actually put all my gear in the description but to save you time I shoot on the EOS R. Most shots I shoot on are on the RF 15-35 f2.8 L or the RF 50 1.2 L.

Last video about your fitness journey you were around 207ish looking to get to 185
Where are you now with the caloric deficit and muscle gain
    Also how tall are you?

I got down to 200 at one point and got cocky and thought I didn’t need to keep calorie counting and gained some back.
Now I’m back to 207 again but I’m playing tennis and I set the caloric deficit to 1800 net calories a day and I’m already seeing a difference. I think end of this month I should get back to like 202-203ish.
That being said I’m stronger than ever so I’ve probably gained some muscle in this time too because I’ve set PRs for every exercise I do the last several months.
      I’m 5’10
