I was 19 when I got hired. I got hired through the college program which isn't at every campus. I just applied online and got the job. My only work experience prior was working at a Subway and a KFC/Taco Bell in High school. I'm not sure what their hiring requirements are now but having some knowledge of Apple products going in for the questionnaire will really help you. It's not about knowing the answers it's about knowing how to troubleshoot and having the right idea of where to look.
