*Disclaimer: Unfortunately, the UA-cam algorithm thrives on titles and thumbnails that could be perceived as clickbait. Although I find this particularly distasteful, as a means of reaching a new audience or encouraging my current audience to invest their time into my videos, I must work with the algorithm rather than against it. Statistics have highlighted just how effective aligning titles with the algorithm is and although this can be frustrating for many (myself included), I will always ensure that my titles:
    1. Never promote false promises or unrealistic expectations.
    2. Will more often than not ask a question.
    3. Are worded in a manner that although might be perceived a certain way, are still open to interpretation.
Appealing to more potential viewers gives me the opportunity to further the spread of what I believe to be useful information surrounding the topic in question, in addition to a positive message which often surrounds mental health, with the goal of helping as many people as possible.
It should also be noted that the majority of my videos are based on audience suggestions. ~90% of my audience are women, therefore, the majority of videos are created to appeal to my dominant audience.
It must also be noted that although goals often vary amongst individuals, a lot of my opinions on movements are within the context of building muscle (hypertrophy) and therefore, should be considered with that in mind.
Thank you for giving me your time.*

Are the guides targeted for men or for women specifically the glutes one ? Or would everyone be able to use them and do the excercises ?

Harry you've convinced me to start my fitness journey now, I've been very confused about where to start from but now I've got the right materials (i think 🤔) thank you so much for everything you do for us❤ily

With fitness, if you're starting from not doing any exercise at all and you perhaps struggle with willpower, start by setting very achievable goals and build up (even if you start by aiming to do just one movement per day, or 5-min sessions - you'll build momentum). And track as much as you can - data is your friend! You want to know the exercises you're doing, the reps/weight you're using, heart rate, calories burned, the temperature in the room and general feelings about your workouts (if you're feeling a bit crap one day, it may affect your workout, but it will help to put things into perspective). Also, it's a good idea to track not just your weight but your measurements. I've had times where I've gained weight but lost inches; had I just tracked weight like many people do, I would have been majorly discouraged! I hope this helps you (or someone else reading)! 😀👍
(Also, if there's a particular movement you don't like doing, just don't do it - choose another movement! Personally, I hate Bulgarian split squats, so I don't do them!)

When you said "I'm training for my mental health, not for my glutes. Training my glutes is bad for my mental health" I felt that. So accurate 😅

I actually tried that last move in the gym that you don't like. I couldn't find the right spot to place the weight and it felt awkward. I spent a few minutes trying to figure out and gave up on it.

I also tried that movement and I have to agree with you. I just didn’t felt anything bc I had to focus so much on staying stable. But then I tried this movement while laying down on a mat and that really hit my glutes and I implemented it into my glute workout. So it’s basically a clamshell with weights but really effective imo

I really hate squats. I've never been able to do them. It's good to hear I have other options. I love a leg press machine though, if I'm doing that does it mean I can get away with not doing squats?
