- I've been asked many times to go over the worst case I've ever heard of. I've often avoided the topic, because I've either thought "you've probably already heard of it" or "I'm not ready to tell one like that". Well, here it is.
A lot of detail on this one will definitely be hard to hear, but a lot of channels tend to leave it vague at "torture" and then that leaves a lot of people wondering "how is this one the worst?". Well, now you know.

If your unproblematic daughter who’s usually a good student, well liked by her friends and doesn’t cause any trouble, suddenly calls and says “I ran away and I’m living with friends. Don’t look for me” I’d shake the sky and earth looking for her because that in itself is extremely suspicious and I would 100% think she was in severe danger.

I agree. I used to be a nanny and always believed kids and those who haven’t reached adult age were so innocent until I nannied for a family whose daughter was so, so evil. I never believed demons existed until her. They know what they’re doing.

As an ICU nurse, I have seen patients in horrible condition due to trauma and accidents. However I cannot even begin to imagine to torture that poor Junko endured and the toll that must have had on her body. My heart hurts for her. We will never forget your fighting spirit Junko.
I feel the same for her, I feel so terrible about all the pain she had to suffer and how she was forced to lie about her safety. May her soul rest in a better place then she was before.🕊️☁️

I seriously don't understand how any human being is capable of causing so much pain to someone. I just can't.
What happened to her was beyond horrifying and terrific. She died but I think it was her unmatchable spirit and intelligence that will remain alive forever. She, a teenager, survived for 44 days what most adults wouldn't have survived for 5 days even when no one, NO ONE came to help her. Even when she died, it was over a game she defeated in which she defeated the ones who repeatedly raped her and got her raped, beat, tortured and burnt her. She was a bright child and had a kind soul. We can all learn to be as brave as her. We should raise children like her and protect them at all costs. She is an inspiration and will always be one. She will always be remembered. Hope she had a peaceful and afterlife and all of her next lives were filled with happiness and love.

I think she forced herself to keep part of her intelligence to beat them in the game. The issue was not about her intelligence but about her freedom. She knew their ego was too big and they wouldn’t stand being ‘beaten’ by a little girl especially one they despise cause she dared to say no. She just wanted to end her life and get her freedom. Sadly she knew death was the only thing that could grant her freedom so she bet on it and played her part. They thought that by beating her up again they won 😂 but the girl won both in terms of game and in terms of the leash that was binding her to them; the leash of life. She took hold of her death penalty and finally died to escape them. This might be one of the rare cases where I think death was the right option.

I could honestly say that no matter what my situation in life is, I can never see it as being that bad taking into account the things this girl endured. Almost impossible to feel sorry for yourself Knowing her story.
@@beenblack90 ikr, I’ve seen and heard horrible captivity cases but this is by far nightmarish. I don’t think even real animals and monsters would do this to their prey. I think I’d just want to kill myself too. The only worse think more about her death is that she had to endure being slowly burned for 2 hours before actually losing up on her body. I don’t know bug afterlife but I hope if she’s still out there, she wouldn’t remember the physical torture she went through.

@@TeaCup1940 I sympathize with the families loss, but they didn't give Junko a very beautiful and vulnerable girl a ride home from work at night in a dangerous part of Tokyo (Saitama). They also totally ignored the nature of Junko who had only missed 1 day of school in 2 years and was a straight A student by believing the statements she was forced to say about her running away from home, which are totally uncharacteristic of her. Even four months later they still didn't even seem to be curious about where she was.
Every time you showed her smiling broke my heart even more.There's no word that could describe the amount of disgust this video caused me, especially to someone as beautiful as her. Hopefully she's resting in peace now.

For the parents to even allow a KIDNAPPED girl to be tortured IN THEIR house for over a month is beyond comprehension! The parents have mental problems too. But that's writing their negligence off. They're just genuinely abhorrent parents. They should have been tried as accessories to murder since they allowed their house to be used as the torture location.
One of the four boys was connected to the yakuza (a very dangerous gang who ruled the country at that time) so he threatened the parents that he is going to kill they boys if they told the police , even though they felt sorry for her they were very scared from the boy . But what made me feel disgusted is that the mother of the boy who was the mastermind of the torture of junko because she rejected him when he asked her to start dating , blaming junko for ruining her son life when he actually had ruined her life and ended it in a very monstrous way .

There are a lot of videos on youtube about horror stories and true crime saying that this is the most disturbing thing bla bla. But this... I never heard about something more horrific than this. It's impossible for me to comprehend how a human can do that to another human. How you cannot feel some sort of something inside when you see the brutal beatings and how she looked and be because of it... it's beyond human understanding.

The thing is, innocent people who did nothing wrong that, are just associated with them, would get assaulted despite doing nothing. All because they met with monsters. Im really disgusted how bad the justice system is and how can monsters like that get away. Lifetime of prison is not enough. The system needs to introduce some kind of new punishments like lifetime prison but with every day torture and etc.
This case always stuck with me, especially after I became a police officer. It’s because of this case that I always, always check out every 911 hang up call or “mistake” 911 call in person whereas a lot of officers do it via landline. You can never be too sure. I’m ashamed that law enforcement failed her. I hope her spirit forgives us.

This story enraged me. The fact that so many men took part in this and did nothing makes me truly sick. What a disturbing world we live in.
Cases like this confirm that 90% of men when given a chance to join in a rape or brutalization of a girl; they would take that chance. The way that 100 men from the same area were okay with something like this after seeing the condition the girl was in tells of a horrifying truth. The number is too high which means almost every single man would have joined if given the opportunity.

This story enrages me. Besides the obvious horror of it all, it's just disgusting how the entire society failed her. All the schoolmates joining in, the cops doing nothing about it, the mother desecrating her grave, the lenient sentences. Overall, just makes you realize how ugly humans can be.

I'm actually surprised they were charged at all and that the details of the case were released. With Japanese culture they are more concerned with "appearances" than what is right or wrong. By allowing the details to come out, it "shamed" the entire country, hence why I'm surprised anyone knew anything about it. What happened to her was beyond horrifying and terrific. She died but I think it was her unmatchable spirit and intelligence that will remain alive forever. She, a teenager, survived for 44 days what most adults wouldn't have survived for 5 days even when no one, NO ONE came to help her. Even when she died, it was over a game she defeated in which she defeated the ones who repeatedly raped her and got her raped, beat, tortured and burnt her. She was a bright child and had a kind soul. We can all learn to be as brave as her. We should raise children like her and protect them at all costs. She is an inspiration and will always be one. She will always be remembered. Hope she had a peaceful and afterlife and all of her next lives were filled with happiness and love.
This is one of those stories that I now wish I didn't know about. Utterly depraved. So many vile people involved, how could you just ignore that happening in your own home. The leniency of the judge is despicable, may he rot in hell with them all.

The most disturbing part of this story for me is that she was just a regular girl. Not a gang member or something like this. Just a regular high school student with good grades and plans for the future. Absolutely everyone failed this girl. From the nearly hundreds of guys who raped her and tortured her, to Hiroshi’s parents that let such a horrifying and inhumane thing go on in their house for over 40 days, to the incompetent cops who could have saved her life had they only done their job and actually checked the house… the only one who did anything for her was that one guy who notified the police. And even he didn’t do enough, he should have kept on insisting on making the police go over their and check the house.
This level of cruelty is unfathomable me. It made me so sad, sick and disgusted. I just can’t comprehend how there were so many people who knew about this while it was going on and they said and did NOTHING! How could you know a girl is being tortured, violated and defiled in the most horrific ways and not do anything to help her!!!! How??? I just can’t understand this level of apathy and sadism. johns don't care and gonna downplay all of it. not really surprising if you got "18+" year old "fresh meat" that is in reality younger, but john won't go to the police. rapist don't feel guilty enough to turn themselves in too. in most cases I firmly believe that murder is the last line that ends up getting them into prison. for the other cases pimps got too much leeway and allies to help them out. they mostly end up in prison if the exploited person has nothing to lose ( betrayed by family+ suffering from aids and more). I don't have sympathy for johns that end up getting aids. they asked for it and they got it.

I keep forgetting that this case exists. Sometimes I see a video about it and often without recognising her, so I heard this story multiple times. It's beyond horrifying and sickening, the fact that someone had to live through something like that genuinely leaves me speechless. I hope that her soul rests in peace.

Another extremely vile and heartbreakingly disturbing case was of Kelly Anne Bates. She was brutally and viciously tortured by her much older boyfriend for 4 weeks. Until she ultimately passed away from her horrific injuries. 😢

You should see what they do to people in Canada. A family friend was killed by a gang of girls in horrific ways. Beaten for hours, cigarettes put out on her skin etc, then finally dumped into the river where she drowned after they broke all her bones.
The ringleader got 8 years and was out in less. The rest were given 2 years or less and most were out well before that. All walk free now.
