my church has purchased your DVD for a class for seniors twice a week, that gets me out of the house, and I TRY to do these at home also, I had a fall a while back, and I have arthritis in all my joints (according to doctor)I was managing my arthritis with vitamins etc.Your DVD sessions are really great, thank you for caring about us seniors...
I'm so sorry about your fall. Hopefully you can go back to the church sessions soon. Great idea for the churches to get the seniors more mobile. I know I needed it.

Good set routine. I have done similar exercises for most of my adult life. They have done a good job at keeping me going. Since I worked hard, shoveling, digging, grooming my horses, cleaned stalls, worked in my garden, skied, ran, rode my horses cross country and jumping. One thing they didn't do was keep me from wearing out. That is known as living. Thanks for your ideas. I hope you can make a living. It found it very helpful to study human and equine conformation to understand the mechanics of our movements. I remember Jack LaLanne when he was old saying how he hated to work out but he did it because it kept him going. Thanks and keep up the good work.

You are great. I'm 67 and still working but I know I need some exercise. I liked your video as your presenting the work out is not tiring. Some traineers tone of voice is tiring.Moreover I liked your way of finishing the exercise with soft music and a fascinating scenery ,so that you comfort our brain and mood as well. I thought the same thing, how nice of him to care about us seniors! I exercise regularly but lately I've been dealing with a lot of fatigue so I need more gentle exercises, and this was great to start my day with, then later I can do more.
I DID THE WHOLE ROUTINE.
IT MADE ME FEEL ENERGIZED AND ACTIVE,.

1st week for me after a couple of Idle years, finally had my bad knee replaced and love your senior challenge. This 72 year gal is back at it.
I started out as a middle aged man when I began listening to your video. By the time you finished your lengthy intro, I became a senior citizen! I believe this is how you hook your viewers...Very clever! Fortunately, your instruction was very good and the meditation was a pleasant addition, as well! Most mature individuals can listen as fast as the next youngster-so take this under advisement, young man. So, I hope you don’t mind the critique and, while you’re at it, keep up the good work! :)
Your program follows a 5 exercise body fitness I do; always thought chir exercises were easy, but these are good. ((I'm 76)
I am 63 years old very much out of shape. These videos I can actually do. Not all of them or all the reps. But I'm doing what I can & totally appreciate the guidance & step by step process. Thanks so much!
I admit, lazy (as far as fitness is concerned) and sedentary (I am an academic so using my brain and not my body which shows :) ) and came by your video when thinking of starting fitness routine again. Thanks, it was great. Concrete, no time wasting and you sound so confident and passionate about what you are doing, so will come again. Thank you.

I do these stretching exercises before I do any of the other Grow Young Fitness workouts, even though they all begin with a warm-up. This video prepares me for more exercise, both physically and mentally.

I am only 65 but have not exercised in a long time as I was working full time and taking care of my husband who had advance Parkinson's Disease. I am finding this very helpful to get back into exercising..my aim right now is to do these exercises standing up within two weeks. Thank you so much

Thank you for this. You are a life saver. At 62 and after two heart attacks and three strokes, I am still on my feet just weak. A former dancer on the stage, I thought my life was over. Your exercise has really helped me gain strength and the confidence that I CAN recover and get better. And I have.

Tried this with my husband for the first time today. Excellent low impact stretching g and warm up exercises.

This one I did was for hips and knees. That is the first time I ever did that with you. I found you on the Internet and I’ve been doing just a few, but I’m going to get into a routine. I cannot believe how weak I am at age 60! That was actually a hard workout for me but I could do it, but it showed me how weak I really am. I am so glad I found your site and I wanted to say thank you so much because I’m going to start doing your workouts regularly. Thank you thank you thank you.💗💗💗
Great work! I'm 68 and have trained regularly for over 40 years. These are too easy but for even older and untrained people, it's a chance to get started.
