Great Workout. Hurt my lower leg and feel I had a wonderful workout. Will do this again. I like the calm easy to follow workout. I didn’t know I could get cardio going sitting in chair but I did.

I love this 60-minute workout much more than the shorter videos. I feel I needed to work more on my whole body. I am 72 years old. Although it's an easy workout for now, if i am consistent, i should see some results. This is much safer than at the gym.

I love your workout videos and have seen myself progress more than I really believed I would. Love the longer videos. I can also stand some now, much to my surprise so once in a while I stand. Thank you so much for caring about us. I have gone from not exercising to keeping a routine to really coming around to love it again (many moons ago when I was in the Army I was a runner/general fitness enthusiast and loved it but I got out in 1995!) Also loved the music not being on because I like to play my own music. But truly thank you so much and keep those longer videos coming!

You can definitely do this exercise program first thing in the morning. In regards to choosing a program that is ONLY stretching, my routines are fairly gentle so they should be fine to do. I'd suggest gently swinging your arms back and forth and walking on the spot for a minute first and then do the stretches.

I'm assuming you're meaning when we're walking/marching? Possibly slow the pace down, or rest your arms at your sides when we're walking so you just focus on the legs.
The class is really good , I thank you. My only concern is telling people to bring the leg up to the knee. It is not a good idea to put the pressure on your knee , it can cause injury . It would be better to bring the leg above the knee . Some may not be able to do that I am aware of. It is just not a good practice to put pressure on the knee.

Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) in both seated and standing workouts, and categorize them all into the playlists. Just look for 'playlists' on the main page and scroll down to where you see the seated options. I'm assuming you're meaning when we're walking/marching? Possibly slow the pace down, or rest your arms at your sides when we're walking so you just focus on the legs.
The class is really good , I thank you. My only concern is telling people to bring the leg up to the knee. It is not a good idea to put the pressure on your knee , it can cause injury . It would be better to bring the leg above the knee . Some may not be able to do that I am aware of. It is just not a good practice to put pressure on the knee.

Hi Kim, thank you SO much for letting me know. I always choose to turn the ads off. I didn't realize I hadn't unclicked it (and no one else mentioned it). I just went into the video and turned the ads off. The only videos I don't have control over ads are my videos that have copyrighted (popular oldies) music. Thanks again for your comment.
