Good morning I can totally relate to a bad knee when I do squats. I’ve had to go lighter and not so deep. And cardio… now that spring is coming I’m going to get out and walk. My weight loss is so slow Hope you guys have a good day… Alberta Canada ❤

My right knee is my bum knee. I have to position it just right on the sled and my squat form has to be precise or the pain is excruciating. Thanks for the comment from Canada.

Whenever you change your diet you have to build up enzymes to digest the food. It takes a few weeks at least. In the meantime, you can have stomach issues. Fruit doesn't help. Fruit has a diuretic in it because the plant wants the seeds to go through you quickly so you can distribute the seeds and it can grow more baby plants. Egg whites can be an issue because they have toxins to protect themselves from being eaten. I would just eat all cuts of ruminants and avoid non-ruminant because they are high in PUFAs.
