100% agree. Powerful descriptions set the scene, timely interjections ("Your phone rings", etc) to keep the pace moving, and a great story to show off the basic stuff that can happen in the WoD. Do you have any (or plan on making any) resources for budding storytellers? Or did you just learn by experience?

Jason: Superb narrating! I've been routinely disappointed by many of the other serial roleplaying campaigns on youtube, perhaps because I hold myself and other storytellers/GMs to an absurdly high standard. I'm happy to say that you meet said standard. Wonderfully vivid scene-setting, fantastic pacing, and excellent attention to detail. Hoping the player-character interactions get a little deeper, and that perhaps their backgrounds, secrets, and motivations - besides being generic vampires of their respective clans - will be explored.

You know, at first, I thought that all this Lucinda's "Oh my gaaaawwwd, follow me on instagraaaaaam" was very stupid. She seemed like the poor excuse of Toreador, rather the actual one. Where's seductive - glamorous - attracted to art and other forms of aesthetic beauty - humanity loving - character that I'm so used to. But then I realised something. It's 21st century. Times and thing change and vampires are not an exception. Toreador are always trying to be as close to humans as possible and what is the better way to achieve this then by keeping up with modern trends and fashions. It's the new glamour! Besides, If the fledgling is embraced recently it's only logical that they will keep their old habits. And now I can't stop imagining these conservative-traditional-ish Toreador admiring art while also frowning at all these "annoying new generation youngsters".
    This is the best!

My PC was not good enough to run it (I was young and new to PC gaming. I didn't know about system specs) but I read and re-read that game's excellent manual and fell in love with the setting.
Many years later I was able to play it (hard game, TBH I used cheats to beat it) and I also played Bloodlines (amazing IMO).
I have always dreamed of playing VTM itself but I have never been able to find a group. I have been to two pnp gaming clubs lfg but they didn't play it, they just played dnd which I think is lame. So it's great to see the game played. I am loving LA By Night! Keep up the good work!

White Wolf, I hope you upload more game sessions like these in the future. Your plans include a lot of content for the WoD and I believe including videos like this as part of that content would be great for everyone. It is highly entertaining and great for people like me who have not ever played a game session (yet!).
This kind of videos shows how fun a game session can be and really are good to promote the products (as you did here for the Kickstarter). But even without new bundles, editions, etc. coming out it would be nice to have them.
I hope you consider this idea.

Been a big fan of the World of Darkness without ever having played a round.
This gave me a pretty good idea of what to expect.
    Excellent video, liked, subscribed.

BIueharvest Yeah, he does fit in into his character. His nervous laugh, him not being a leader but the guy with a meat shield... he's a good Nosferatu.

Normally don't watch RP sessions (would rather play in them myself) but everyone is top notch: Great storyteller/GM and terrific RP-ing from the players. Hope you show us more of these.

Fantastic job to everyone involved. I've watched it more than once, just to mine ideas and watch the players and storyteller interact. It was an excellent introduction to the game and system and a great example of how to run a game and keep it moving. Congratulations!

I really like this series of questions:
    Are you just toping up?
    A few sips?
    Really thirsty?
    Is this guy a goner?
    Do you care?
What I want to know is how much blood do each of these answers represent? Because too often I see it handled in mechanical terms first, meaning the player rarely has a chance of killing or even severely weakening their prey, unless they really want to. And I like this more ambiguous approach, so that they don't know how much they're dealing and so that we can encounter the, "uh-oh, you drank too much," more often.

yea its been years since ive been able to get a WoD game togeather... last few times i tryed ppl all wanted to play different things and wanted to pretend that everything would get along even though they would be at each other's throats instantly.... or just wanted to play D&D... seeing V5 is on its way is great and the timing with WotC/Hasbro taking heat from subpar products & recycled Editions is great.. im looking forward for the new set and maybe finding a VtM game... whitewolf has always been my favorite RPG system
