Outstanding, man. Really excited to see more of your endeavors. I really appreciate how you emphasized the narrative of character creation and not just the mechanics. Every future player I bring into WoD will be assigned this as homework lol. I would be very interested in seeing you make a Sabbat character with that same level of story detail. I think it could help a lot of people who are daunted to give the Sword of Caine a spin. Plus I'm just really curious to see what kind of Sabbat character you would cook up lol
Great stuff Nathan, good to see that you haven´t stopped caring about v20! Early days still, but if you keep this quality up, you have to become one of the biggest TTRPG channels on here.
This was so helpful! I'm debuting a streaming of this game with friends and hours before, I realize my character sheet was lost! This video saved my ass
this video is helpful, as i will be running a V20 game with my gaming group, my GM for CP Red was feeling the burn out so I offered to run a game of Vampire since roll20 FINALLY released the materials for it on there. we decided on a Cam game but are using the v5 meta plot in Chicago by Night and really get into the growing changes within the city and the Camarilla.
We'll see how it goes! I am going to be touching on some other games here in the near future, but World of Darkness will always be my first love. I may come back and touch on early editions.
Your contents are awesome, i listen to you since 20ys of vtm podcast. You could do a similar format of video but with vampire the dark ages, vampire victorian age. I also recommend shadowrun, cyberpunk and other trpgs.
Great video! Splendid. It helped a lot to see a character concept come to fruition in practice, so to speak. Would it be possible to maybe do a similar video on cyberpunk character creation? Either way I'm subscribing and staying tuned. Have a good one
I know this is probably a weird place to post this but I'm trying to figure out how to deal with XP and freebie points with necromancy an thaumaturgy I know what I have to do for the first and second path
Mmmm, I guess you *could* get to 5 with freebie points. Yeah, in the rules, it says you can increase your abilities with freebie points. Abilities are two per, so that’s my bad. I’d personally disallow that increase, but that’s me, not the rules. Thanks for pointing that mistake out!
@@TwoDTen Getting ready to introduce Vampire to a new generation of players. Requiem seemed less daunting to them than Masquerade. If you can get around to it, that would be fantastic!
The backstory was written so god damn well, you are an incredibly good and talented artist

Great video. I like your design. It gets old running around with the 4 greatest swordsmen and 2 greatest lovers the world has ever seen.

Incredible video. The visuals and narrative spark inspiration. Would love to see your take on Kult Divinity Lost.
Great suggestion. It's on my list.
Great job. I'd love one vid like this for each edition just t see how it's evolved over the years.

@@TwoDTen it's your show. Been glued since I discovered 25 years about a year back. Keep up the great work
Thank you, mister!
15:48 fellow WHAT?
Really good video! I'm trying to create a character in both v20 and v5 to see the differences, and I was super confused by the 7/5/3 etc arrays.
Great video!
Still happy to get more v20 content, looking good
Love your content mate.

Digital is dandy, put paper is perfect.
Excellent tutorial from someone who isn't THE PROFESSOR

Nice concept, story...
I also prefer Paper Sheets.
Great job sir!
Does the fifth dot no longer cost two points?

Do one for the Requiem 2nd Edition!
It's possible down the road, for sure. It does feel like it needs one.
