    I’ve used both eye creams!
    The avocado one was definitely very nourishing and got rid of a lot of my pigmentation under my eyes, and I’ve been using the peach and Lilly one for about 2 months and I feel this one is much more effective, it’s hydrating, has definitely kept my under eyes nice and smooth !! 21:01 *Ro speaking like a TED Talk pro!* It's true that we need to show more compassion and kindness to those who disagree with us and show them respect. However, I find this is necessary not because those who disagree with us deserve respect, but more so because we need to condition our inner selves to be compassionate so that we can embrace differences with open arms and minds.

    I used over the counter adapalene for 9 months for anti-aging and felt it would work for acne, but it had no anti-aging effect on my skin. I used 1% retinol for several years and found anti-aging improvement, but when I went to tretinoin at a very low dose, I saw immediate improvement that I did not see with retinol nor with adapalene. It really simplified my skincare routine because it is so powerful that it comes down to tretinoin, sunscreen and moisturizer for my skin now.

Accidently I experienced that the dermatitis got less red when I was doing my night rutine using vit A (Elizabeth Arden) 1-2 times a week. Now I use retinol 0.1% + bakuchiol 0.1% (Rodial) 2-3 times a week to keep the dermatitis away. When I'm gonna buy a new bottle I will surely try a less expensive one.

    It's funny because the 1st retinol I have ever used was from Algenist and then from Peter Thomas Roth. I never had any negative affects. Then when I started to learn more about skin care I went ahead and tried the Paula's Choice clinical 1% right and never had any negative experiences with it. But then I went ahead and tried Adapolene and I STRUGGLED with that. Took me a solid month to get used to, but now I have no issues. Funny how using retinol products was like using any other serum for me, but Adapolene was when I was in for a hell of a ride.

    • @shanchip1
      @shanchip1 3 роки тому +3

      probably bc adapalene is a retinoid and will be much stronger than an over the counter retinol (bc of the conversion pathway they explained) it makes sense that a stronger retinoid would have a greater "purge" or adjustment period

    I have a love/hate relationship with retinol. Sometimes my skin is glowing and normal other times I’m irritated and oily. But it works! My acne is all but gone and my smile lines are minimised.
    Herd mentality is such an issue, in the fight to become individuals everyone has become hypersensitive and unable to accept that differences are normal, we don’t all have to think the same and act the same to love each other. As long as you aren’t hurting or deceiving anyone then we’re all good.

    This come at such a good time for me! I started using literally yesterday 🥳✨✨✨ Thank you babes ❤️❤️
    This reminded me of two question, Is it too much to use a retinol serum and night cream?
    If so then can I use a Vit.C Moisturizer after a Retinol serum? (I assuming no since you didn't mention in good combo)
    I don't know what to use at the end 😭 Worst case I do have a Collagen cream from Mason Natural (Thick) and a Night tea tree lotion from the body shop.
    I'm testing out the Advanced Clinicals Retinol Serum 😁 I Also got the one you recommend from RoC the Deep Wrinkle Night Cream and a Vitamin C Moisturizer from InstaNatural. They all sound good buy don't know if it's okay to use together.

I just want to mention a huge thing if you're using retin-anything (especially really strong stuff) to DRINK WATER.
