Roy Chefets for me it’s still definitely lots more women but I think that’s for a lot to do with the location of where I work rather than anything else. I’m away from the City of London and in a more residential area so I feel like for this they might go closer to work.
depression SCP-4578 I know, it’s because this was one of the first videos produced and the before and afters are filmed on different days so we didn’t quite get the lighting and head angles right. The channel is a work in progress!
You've literally taken his face from two different angles. This isn't an accurate before and after at all. His face is facing more upwards in the before which will not only distort the contours of his face and canthal tilt of the eye, but also weaken the jaw line. Please use accurate before and afters in future.

MITCHELL WIGGS GREAT question. There are a small number of hyaluronic acids without lignocaine yes. Preservatives not really, because they are cross linked with BDDE to give the lattice structure- otherwise they wouldn’t hold. Profhilo doesn’t have BDDE but that’s more for skin improvement and you wouldn’t be able to get structural improvement with it, it’s more to give you a glow.
Can you feel the product in your face?? Not in a sense that you feel it inside your face but if you touch your face with your hand, can you feel hardness or a lump? The before and after photos should have been taken at the same angle - he's tilted up in the before picture and looking more straight on. That in itself changes the appearance and makes it difficult to judge the effect of the treatment.
Hi. Please can you tell me how much it cost for his full face? I’m interested. I would really trust you with my face! I’m a bit nervous but this has reassured me!
Hello dr Sarah I am a 26 yo guy who looks way younger and this is also because of my face shape. The "Before" picture, his head is tilted up, and the "After" picture, his head is tilted downwards. These angles trick the mind into thinking his face looks more youthful, in addition to the extra lighting. This is false advertising.

Might even go bad if you leave it for years and years without getting it refilled, right?
Avian98X great question. These products completely degrade in the skin so after 10 years you would be pretty much back to the pre procedure state. They need to be adjusted every year or so to maintain good results, but if someone has it done once and then never again it’s no big deal, the tissue just slowly goes back to how it was before. It’s a good comparison to to say it’s like semi permanent make up which lasts a while, but not at the “optimum” past a certain point. Hope that helps!
Avian98X the fillers are wonderful and no known side effects. They are naturally absorbed by the body. Many fillers on the market now. So do your homework before jumping in. Some last longer and may seem more expensive upfront but are longer lasting and a better value.
pumpertube that’s not backed by any evidence or studies done on HA fillers. I’ve had lips done and those initially only last 6 months because your lips move so much but it increases over time. Everywhere else in the face though can last a year easy.
