He started running at 80: I took him to parkrun (Dover)

At the age of 80, Richard Brisley began running. I invited Richard to run a 5K with me. We attended Dover parkrun in England to try and run under 40 minutes. This SUB 40 5K attempt was great to be a part of. Thank you to all the volunteers and those that were there that day. 🧡
