@@Wasabi9111 No, that's nonsense. Car makers should be designing cars to be safe, not just to pass tests. It doesn't take genius insight to look at rear passengers in a frontal crash, and the fact these cars came out several years before this test was developed doesn't excuse the rear passengers flopping around.
Toyota never prioritized safe it shows here IMO. Pre small over lap they were one of the worst for safety and even then they didn't update their cars immediately after finding out their models were failing, unlike Mazda for instance that updated their 2014 CX-5 when the 2013 failed

The headlights are the same regardless of trim. This model was an XLE, which is the lowest trim available. Higher trims have the fog lamps, but the XLE is great.
Why did the dummy's head side off? It looks like the steering wheel column broke so the steering wheel airbag slipped to the right when the head hit it- you see the wheel itself pop out on the right around the time the dummies head hits? Am i just making that up?
The main support that holds the entire dashboard and steering wheel is attached at both ends at the drivers door and passenger door area. When the passenger compartment was compromised and pushed in, pushing that main support inwards making it offset the drivers seating position. So the airbag was no longer lined up with the dummy.

I’ve seen a lot of cars in crash tests where the head of the dummy slides off the airbag and nearly hitting or hitting the dashboard.
