It's not for everyone. It's quite bitter compared to some of the newer ones. I like it now, but it took awhile to get used to it. It's not all fruity like most of the the hazy IPA's.
Another gnarly review man. Having enjoyed this offering from SN for atleast 10 years now, I've noticed something different in the hop profile. Not a knock, but just my palette is tasting something different...again, its awesome, but different than last year. (I am Rona negative)
One more year, my friend. I don't do hazy. Summer was plenty of German lager styles. Now that it's cooler in NorCal it's Celebration time and porter/stout weather. "Freezing cold" in San Diego? Maybe sorta. lol
Dude awesome Holiday Beer , sad thing is it’s not very available in my area. When i see it i have to pick up a case or next time it will be sold out. 👍 I’ve been looking but so far haven’t been able to find it this year. RC
I’m still looking for Sucks I’m probably looking in the wrong area. But I hate driving through Pittsburgh. I’ll find it eventually for sure the same with celebration
I picked up a 12 pack yesterday, canned on 10/3. I enjoyed the first can and felt inspired to do a 50/50 Celebration/Swami's for the second round. De-lish! Somehow, I felt that you might understand.
Oh I didn’t drink it in high school regularly, but it was one of the first beers I ever remember trying at a high school party (mostly out of peer pressure from older kids).
Gotta remember they bottle condition this beer for 13 days. So really you’re drinking this beer a few weeks old. Still slow distro, but when you factor in the date on the bottle not really being an accurate indicator of age, it’s not that slow.
Same with SNPA. bottle condition for 2 weeks. I wish they’d just date it with the date it’s finished conditioned. It would still be honest, and would help with sales towards date nerds Regardless of that, it hit late this year. My bottles in Illinois were dated 9/28 and it landed here first weekend of November. So it took nearly a month to hit shelves. Celebration is bullet proof, but for optics it’d be best to get a “fresh hop” beer to shelves faster
Haven’t seen it in SD yet. Sucks cause I need it for my 1 year anniversary. After your review last year I picked this as the ipa to serve at my wedding. 🍻🍻🍻
Such a special beer, I look forward to this release most every year. Cheers!
Love this beer so hard. Cheers bruddah 🍻
I feel bad for the people who think this beer sucks. Seriously gets you ready for the holidays!
Amen my brother. Amen. 🍻🍻

You didn't ramble to a second advertisement! Love me some Celebration.
Do I do that a lot?

Anything under 70° in San Diego is cold 😬🍻
When you ask brewers what they drink and respect. This beer comes up all the time. Nate from Treehouse says this is one of his favorite.
A joy to drink. Love this beer and this time of year. Cheers Shaun!
Sierra Nevada’s best IPA hands down...balanced in every way
No argument here :)

Amber rose petals. So much balance. I think it’s mostly centennial
An absolute masterpiece of a beverage.
