Tracy, love your workouts, but don't understand why you are only doing strength training lately. Are you still not feeling well from the virus that you had and can't do cardio at the moment? While I know the importance of strength workouts (and certainly do them), doing high impact cardio (full session without weights) is more important to me. I hope you'll soon resume cardio workouts to your channel. Thanks.
