Wow - my arms were shaking during this one, and it did go fast! :) A while back you filmed a functional fitness workout and I've been thinking it would be great to see another one from you if you are so inclined to throw one into the mix. I really love the variety that you post on your channel - I do 2-3 of your workouts each week and I so appreciate that there is always something fresh to help keep me motivated and to push the system. What a great workout! Floaty arm syndrome is always satisfying; makes me feel like I really worked! Plus, I always like to throw in some cardio with an arm workout, so this fit the bill. I really liked the format; it went by very quickly. I hope you will do more like this. It's definitely one that I will do again. Thank you!

Great workout and format! Yes, went by fast. A little surprised that you didn’t bump up to 10 pounds for those kickbacks since I rarely lift heavier than you.
I like to go a little lighter ad have that slight pause at the top -really squeeze the triceps. I feel like I can do that well with the 8, and not ovrload the rear delt. :)
Hi, i appreciate your workouts so much! I have a question about holding the weights. I am increasing my weight little by little and I don’t have a full set right now so to hold me over until I get them, I have been holding two 5lb weights in a crisscross position so I could lift 10 lbs in each hand. I thought it would be okay until I heard you say not to hold them with your fingers but with the meaty part of your hand. When I hold them this way they aren’t exactly in that part of my hand just so that I can have a firm grip, is that bad to do? Am I better off just working with a 5lb in each hand until I can invest in larger weights?thanks so much!!❤ also I loved this format, didn’t think I could do almost an hour w/o stopping! This was so good!!
Regarding: people preferring upper body workouts, not me. I prefer working the lower body. Anyways, this was an awesome workout and those broad jump finishers felt like a a lower body exercise.

I think that's fine. If it was 2 -20lbs, then I might suggest something different. I did that all the time when I didn't have heavier weights.
